a terrible store, I sent them money, and a reference from their own website, I clarified whether they could do it, to which I received a three-fold yes, I clarified the cost, transferred the money to them, after a certain period of time they increased the cost saying that they needed to add money because they did not calculate it correctly, I irrevocably transferred the money to them again, according to as a result, they made some kind of shit on a stick, completely unlike what they have on their Instagram page, and they also delayed the time to the point of no return, where I had no choice but to agree to what was already there, then the intermediate ignoring began, my indignation and requests to contact my manager were simply answered (sorry), the service is 0, the bouquet is 0, the employee is 0, the florist is 0, it's a pity to give the store even one star for such a spoiled mood, I really hope that this review will reach the management and they will start correspondence with me. order 768597

I am extremely disappointed with this store. I ordered some flowers from them 3 days in advance. As a result, a young man comes to them for a bouquet and they write to me 10 minutes before his arrival that they have run out of flowers that I ordered (!) how can I sell my bouquet, which I booked and transferred the money in advance, to another person? As a result, arriving at the store, half of their window is empty, the other half is filled with flowers that are not the first freshness, it is clear that they have been standing there for 3-4 days. They started offering different options, and eventually they chose the red roses that looked the freshest. We also had to pay 89,000 extra, in addition to the 311 that were paid in advance. The number of roses has not changed (11 pieces), their website shows prices of 349 for such a bouquet, for which you gave 400, I do not understand (probably for a plastic handbag). The flowers were bought on Saturday, and today is Monday, and the flowers are in terrible condition. It's just wasted money. I do not recommend this store to anyone! The first photo is what we were waiting for, the second is what we were given, and the third is two days later.

I am very disappointed with this flower shop. Not only did they bring the bouquet to the wrong address, but the bouquet itself was made carelessly, a blunder. The paper in which the flowers were wrapped was crumpled, and the logo tag was glued somehow. The bouquet looked very ugly.
Moreover, the bouquet had to be brought to the client's door, for which everything was paid, but this was not done. In general, Henry Bonnard is a terrible flower shop, sellers do not appreciate their customers, but simply brazenly deceive, blame the customer for their mistakes, do not apologize and generally do not care.

Be prepared for the fact that for rather high prices you will receive a fading and spoiling bouquet
We ordered a bouquet on Friday. I picked him up on Saturday. You can see the condition in the photo for yourself in half a day! During the assembly, flowers were clearly not of the first freshness (1 and 2 photos)
After half a day, some of the flowers began to wither (3 photos). Although fresh water, fertilizing for flowers and so on
It's better to look for another flower shop!
