We were at the hotel in early April 2025. He has a Russian-language website, through which we booked him. The location of the hotel is wonderful: there is a cafe nearby, the observation deck is not far away, you do not need to climb high into the mountain to get to the hotel, there is a small parking lot nearby, or you can park your car near the cafe (parking in Gerim is not an easy task). Not a bad breakfast. There is a beautiful veranda from where you can watch the balloons flying, and there is a photo zone. A beautiful room where breakfast is served in winter and in bad weather. The hotel rooms are located along the street in several tiers. The interior is made in a "cave" style. All hotel services are quite decent. There was only one drawback: we occupied room 308 delux, it smelled very strongly of sewage! It was good that the room had a window and the weather was warm. We closed the door to the shower room and kept the window open all the time. This, of course, spoiled our impression of the hotel. But she did not remove the star.

An incredibly beautiful hotel. Every corner of it is a photo zone. A large, beautiful room with a stunning bathroom and a balcony from which you can admire the balloons in the morning and the lights of the night sky in the evening. Friendly staff, always ready to solve any of your questions. Amazing breakfast. I'll be happy to come back again and not once.

The best of all the hotels I have visited in my life. The breakfast buffet is very varied. On request, they can prepare fresh scrambled eggs, omelets, etc. especially for you. Coffee and other drinks are also ordered through the waiter. A very beautiful view from the roof of the sea and the city. You can also have breakfast there and just enjoy the view. The entire hotel staff is super polite and caring! It felt like we were not visiting, but at home, so they take care of us there. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a set of excellent cosmetics in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion-excellent quality. There is even a sewing kit. Our room was not large, but very cozy. I was also very pleased in modern realities with the possibility of confirming the reservation with a Russian card and paying in cash upon check-in.I will definitely only stay here when I return to Istanbul.My immense love and gratitude to the hotel staff!

The rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is polite. For breakfast every day there is something new from the hot. Good Wi-Fi, you can easily watch movies before going to bed in high quality. To save money, it is better to arrange excursions and entertainment directly with the organizers. There are restaurants nearby, I recommend Mazaik.

And they will tell you that we are just posting these pictures. The view of the balls is good. So that's what I'm getting at.. you can safely take a regular room, without overpayments, since you still need to go up to the upper veranda. And if you want beautiful photos. That is, book the upper couch, as they take gorgeous photos from it.
