I want to say thank you to the Belarusian Hello carsharing. We took a subscription for 9 hours (31 byn), mileage is paid separately (for VW Polo 0.39 byn / km), but gasoline is included. We went to the castles in Nesvizh and Mir. (you can finish the lease only in Minsk). There were 3,200 Russian rubles, including a discount on the first trip of 6 byn (promo code XTBUKN). I registered back in Moscow (they asked for a Belarusian address through the mail, agreed to specify the address of the hotel,) linked a Russian Mir Yellow bank card. Another popular carsharing in Belarus does not bind our cards to the WORLD.
Special thanks to HELLO for charging and a phone holder, there are very few such little things in Moscow carsharing, there was also a booster in the car for the child (we did not need it).
Support also responds quickly, there was a question about the toll roads of the Republic of Belarus, they quickly prompted everything.
In general, I highly recommend and success in the development of the service.

I had never used carsharing before hello. I always chose a taxi or public transport. However, these guys convinced me after my first use that carsharing is much more comfortable, convenient and profitable.

cars in perfect condition, which can be easily found almost wherever you are.
The salon is also well equipped: a phone holder, a booster, charging for all types of phones, and most importantly, the cleanliness of the salons, which indicates care for their customers.
If something happens, you can always write them support in the application. They will respond immediately, I did not find any breakdowns or errors in it, which is also very appreciated.
The application itself is designed perfectly, it is clear what and where it is located.

We took a car for a three-day ride around Belarus. We started renting - everything is knocking, rattling, it's scary to drive. It turned out that Carter's protection had fallen off. We contacted support via WhatsApp, they responded as quickly as possible. As a result, after 40 minutes (which we were later compensated for), there was exactly the same car next to us, only serviceable. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter such support (after Russian carsharing). There are also cars with a total mileage of 9,000 (Geely Atlas Pro). And the rental price as a result turned out to be noticeably cheaper than in a classic lease
