We came with only complaints .They left together with two diagnoses taken from the air.The female veterinarian is rude and incompetent. He doesn't listen to complaints , interrupts , doesn't let you say anything. He repeats his own, there is a lot of water in the conversation, little constructive.Insistently recommends the Royal Canin feed. She says that she has been fed incorrectly all her life . As a result, the cat (healthy at that time, energetic) started vomiting and feeling weak after the food that she was pushing so hard.Until we moved on to another one.She sent it without really explaining why, for what. This cat , who was fine except for the itching in his ears , which we initially treated , stopped going to the toilet almost completely . Although he had been walking normally before, the "doctor" said that the cat had problems with his bladder , although he was safe before her examination , as I now understand .I prescribed a bunch of injections, in addition to paying for which it is necessary to additionally pay each time for the "visit" itself. We turned to this "gift clinic" solely because the cat is very domestic and the nervous system is weak in order to minimize stress from long trips. They came with a healthy cat , and now they have a suffering one 🙈My advice, if your pet is dear, is to contact competent specialists with an individual approach, in normal clinics.
I liked the clinic very much, the animal is well looked at, the temperature is measured, weighed, and listened to. We treated our cat with them for an infectious disease. The diagnosis was made correctly, treatment was prescribed, and we recovered. We are now preparing for vaccinations. I recommend this clinic to everyone if you love your animals, contact Helti Pet.
Thank you very good clinic
👍👍👍👍
I am very grateful to the veterinarian's professionalism. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. We came with a cat with prolonged, ineffective treatment after another vet clinic. The doctor looked at him, prescribed treatment and assured us that after 2 days, everything would return to normal. And so it turned out, only after 3-4 days his fur began to grow in bare places, where there were already crusts from the fact that he itched. Very grateful))
