We made a group order for horseback riding the day before. We arrived on time. But it turned out that at the same time they accepted another order from another group. And she arrived a couple of minutes early.
As a result, another group was sent to ride, and we waited 2 hours! There is no waiting area. The horses returned, naturally tired. We stood for a while and saddled them again, despite their depressed appearance.
The skating itself takes place in quite pleasant places.
And after the ride, a surprise awaited us in the form of an additional payment for a second escort, whom we did not ask for, but he was really with us. We only knew that we would need to pay for one accompanying person initially. And the information was presented in such a way that it seemed to us that we were paying a fixed train fare for it, but it turned out to be an hourly fare.
In general, there is a lot of confusion and all the fares were found out after the trip, not before.

Overall, it's OK. We didn't give any instructions, we didn't explain anything, we didn't ask, we waited in line for two hours, even though it was our time, the discount is complete crap, pay for the instructors (who, in general, you don't need, they just push you behind your back.
They are needed stupidly by beginners, but two instructors who didn't even say anything from the briefing in 2 hours.
The view is fierce, of course, but the organization is just the bottom.

I liked everything, I was in Bishkek on business alone, I wanted to ride a horse on my free day, but almost everywhere they take me in groups, and individually is somehow unrealistically expensive, since it's like a tour.
Irina wrote me all the conditions for votsap and I arrived at the stable by taxi at the appointed time. Rent a horse 1600 som / hour, rent an instructor (and without him they will not let you into the mountains) 1000s/ h.
I was given a helmet and leggings and we went to the mountains, had a great chat about everything, you can learn a lot about life in this country ☺️
The instructor took some photos and was generally very pleasant!
We walked at 1:10 and they charged me a little more than an hour. That is, how much they rolled back, I paid for it.
You can then go to the stable and rub the noses of the horses) there is a toilet and where to wash your hands. I took a taxi without any problems. Thank you very much!

The price per hour on the phone and in correspondence is the same, and when you arrive at the place after booking the horses, the price tag changes. Check the price with all the details in advance! Otherwise, an unpleasant surprise and long phone calls will be waiting for you on the spot to find out the details and you will feel cheated. You need to buy a subscription for at least 10 hours, and for a one-time trip the price tag is almost 2 times higher.
