There are no complaints, as this service is on the list of haircuts on the website. It's just my carelessness that's to blame. Master Vadim did a great job, he worked quickly and accurately. I signed up online. I arrived 3 minutes before the specified time. No one met me at the counter. I waited for 10-15 minutes and no one came up, no one greeted me, although two masters met my gaze. The general vibe is boring and Boring.
As a result, I did not understand what I was waiting for.
They never cut my hair.

Firstly, He cut my hair so clearly when I first visited their salon (without unnecessary questions and inquiries, he just took it and clearly did his job) that for several years now I have been cutting my hair only from him. I don't have to explain how to cut my hair every time, as this usually happens in other salons, especially when you get to different barbers every time. He can bring something new and interesting to the haircut every time, rather than constantly cutting the same type. Secondly, and no less importantly, every haircut is always positive now, and after the haircut you always leave the salon in a great mood! 5-star customer service and communication!
The salon itself always has a great atmosphere, pleasant music and courteous staff.

We arrived in the glorious hero city of Minsk on tour! I found this barber shop near the Renaissance Hotel. I came in by accident and was accepted without an appointment. Right away! I give one star not to the barbershop, but to a specific barber named Jan!
I haven't come across such a service for a long time, it didn't even come to a haircut.
I came to the free edging 5 minutes late and he refused me, saying that I was late, edging takes exactly 15 minutes, and there are 10 left. But if he signed up for a full haircut, he was ready to take it. Those who have time for a paid haircut, but there is no way to fulfill the terms of the promotion. I left the right time in silence.
Further more, I decided not to go to this barbershop anymore, I came to another one, and he was already sitting in another one and scolding me for being 4 minutes late. Is he my mom to tell me off? Or was he waiting for me in the bar for 4 minutes? Since when is 4-5 minutes late in Minsk?
This attitude is super repulsive to customers. Thank you for quickly transferring it to another master Daniel, I give him 5 stars. And Jan either needs to be taught manners or fired. You will lose both your reputation and your customers because of him.

If you see on the site that 5 haircuts are free, this is not so. I went there about 8 times - there was no offer of a free haircut.

I came with the words "the main thing is not to cut it, it's better to leave more " - they cut it. How does a barbershop for 35p differ from a barbershop for 10p, if not by the professionalism of the shearer?

Big problems with the service(
I made an appointment , came , and the manager with a surprised look at me from a short I realized that no one knows about my record .
Everything would be fine, there was time for a haircut, but the master "Vitya" smoking on the street hello to you by the way)) He said he wouldn't have time to get a haircut.
And the question is, how can this be if there was a window for recording, and the master does not have enough time?)
Or is it some kind of world-famous "master" Vitya, who chooses to cut the client or not?

It's been a long time since we've come across such a service. I understand that situations and overlays can be different, but the question is not that there are no problems, but how you solve them. Delaying the recording for half an hour and not even apologizing is strong. It's good that barbeshops have a wagon and a small cart in the area now.
P.S. if the owners read the reviews, then help the barbers with recording via Yandex. We recorded twice and twice caught a surprised look and a chaotic search for our record.
