Food, beer - great! The service is also pleasant from the waiters. But a female administrator is just the height of inhospitality! We were with children: two 7 years old and one 2 years old. The children were talking among themselves. For the first time in several visits to Georgia, I was confronted with outright hostility and inhospitality. But I understand perfectly well that this is this particular woman's problem, as my husband has been a frequent visitor to this establishment over the past months and everything has been fine. With another admin. This lady didn't like our company right away. She didn't even try to hide her attitude. And the children turned out to be just an excuse . The receptionist said in a harsh tone that the children were disturbing the guests. I asked to be taken to those guests who complained in order to apologize to them. The first table - the men were very surprised and abruptly said something to the administrator. I understand that they didn't complain. The second table - the women said they just asked to be moved to another room because it was noisy. And that's it, they had no complaints specifically about our children. By the way, there were several other children in this restaurant, so there is no "kids free" policy. As a result, she said that we are not here in our own country, and we have no right to be outraged.
This is the first restaurant we visited in Georgia. Delicious, standard Georgian. A portion of 5 pieces of khinkali and khachapuri meruli and we ate too much. There were also Georgian specialty lemonades , although many people were sitting there with beer mugs .
The food is delicious. Beer is great . Fresh and original .
I have been visiting for many years on every visit. Alas, the service is getting worse and worse every time . Unpleasant : it takes a long time for the order to be accepted . Until they come again . She asked me to warm up the pita bread for the baguette. They dried it to a cracker and brought it in an hour, the question is why ?!!!
The owners ! Please note! The staff needs to be changed!
Return the Irochka. A waiter from God , I 've worked for you for several years .
But for now.. I will refrain from visiting. It is unpleasant to receive such a service for your considerable money .
My family and I visited this restaurant on the advice of the guide. We were not satisfied with the service. They took the order for 30 minutes, waited for the dishes for an hour, and still didn't bring everything in the end. The evening was ruined. The quality of the food is not bad, but I definitely do not advise paying above the average check for such "hospitality". I definitely don't recommend it.
I recommend you to visit !!!
Kitchen 10 out of 10
Service 10 out of 10
Atmosphere 10 out of 10
We visited on the recommendation of friends and were very, very satisfied !!!
The Khinkali here are divine
Very tasty shish kebab
Good Khinkali
Service of course....
Counted one dish as 2
They took the money for a single-use container…
Please specify in advance how many portions you have brought.
But in general, we recommend it!
Wonderful restaurant, delicious menu, but high prices of course. There are always a lot of visitors and it is very atmospheric. Service at a height

The cuisine is very tasty, just huge portions and nice and polite waiters! But as for me, the menu is slightly unbalanced, there are a lot of positions. Separately, I would like to note the lack of a paper menu.
Unfortunately, we didn't like a lot of things: (in general, in all the nearby cafes there is no menu in a live form - with a discharged phone it is unpleasant to stand at the outlet, it was also here. But on the plus side, there was a menu section in Russian.
The waiters are a little sullen, the cappuccino seems to have just been poured into the milk without foaming, there was no veal, lard / garlic / bread is not served to the borscht, sparsely.
The only thing that slightly corrected the impression was Caesar, a large portion, which was enough for two, even without tomatoes :)
It is possible that we did not understand something, because the cafe has references to the German style. In general, it was sad:(
Excellent beer, but the gray-haired manager does everything to prevent Russian speakers, including Kazakhs, from coming there. Enjoy your nazi life then
Batumi is a wonderful hospitable city! The people who live in it are very cheerful, so they do everything well, even perfectly! This restaurant is a great cook, the portions are huge, the staff is friendly, not everyone speaks Russian, but they speak English well. Cozy, clean, very atmospheric! I recommend it!
The waiter with glasses is acting arrogantly, young man, please fire him!
From the outside, I think you can see, although in fact an ordinary homeless man on earnings!
That's great!!! Munich with hinkals😀 all kinds of beer hb, excellent cuisine👌 a combination of German and Georgian. The service is one of the best in Batumi. I recommend it!!!
Good evening . We came with a young man to have dinner at this institution ,
Let's start with a plus, unfortunately there is only one, it is the most beautiful ajapsandali.
The price category of all dishes is on average 5-10 GEL more expensive , but the portions are smaller .
You can simply hammer nails with a shish kebab , we did not wait for the khinkali and took it with us .
It feels like there are only two or three waiters in the huge hall , who are already exhausted at 10 p.m. ( apparently this is the policy of the institution , to save on staff , and also to raise prices ) in total, the total is 123 GEL and no pleasant aftertaste from dinner .
We do not recommend this place to anyone!
A good place, awesome khinkali, salads, khachapuri... you can list all the menus like this. An entourage, made for Germany, the kitchen is on the top five, the prices for such a place are also on the top five!

Batumi is a wonderful city!!! But there is no hospitality in this restaurant.... If you speak Russian, beware of being spat on your plate....
It's true, waiters are not motivated at all to serve customers quickly. Ours, after being reminded to take an order, went to have a pleasant conversation with someone I know on the street))))))
This is the second time we had lunch at this restaurant!
The first time, we were served by a waiter named Alex, a Georgian who speaks pure Russian.
We ordered soup for the children, we took Caesar salad for ourselves, we wanted something else, but Alex warned us not to order anything else yet, first we need to overpower a portion of salad)
Such portions are probably only in Georgia! A man for three!
Beer is just fire, I drank exactly the same in Munich.
Today we came to have lunch at NV again and luck, Alex served us again!)
We tried khinkali, these are the best that we ate in Batumi and Tbilisi, try it you will not regret.
Alex, you are a great fellow and a professional in your field, keep it up!)👍🏻
The staff is generally friendly, the German beer is great.. The menu is, well, banal Batumi.. Khinkali and so on... Snacks for beer, as such, there is no choice...
A complete copy of the Munich hb. Didn't let the brand down

It's quite tasteless. Borscht is sour, the meat is old and almost smelly, no bread, no rolls, nothing. Fatty sauces, overexposed meat - schnitzel and chicken steak. Sausages and other German/Austrian products were simply not available. The compote is delicious. Overpriced, the interior is beautiful. Salads are big, hearty, but there are questions about the recipe, the combinations are so-so. This place is not worth the money. There are a couple of neighboring ones that are much more decent, and on Rustaveli there is Bern, which is much tastier and more stylish. HB itself is a somewhat outdated institution in everything.
There was a large group, 6 tables. We ordered a lot of different things. Something has been cooking for a sooo long time. Mixed up the orders. The rabbit in sour cream generally consisted of one bone and even those leftovers of meat that were simply not to be removed. There are only lettuce leaves and 3 pieces of cheese in the Greek salad. The salad is dry, there is almost no olive oil.
The staff is not polite and irritable. In general, the service here is at a low level. Beer is normal.
The place is atmospheric, but the attitude of the staff is good: quote: "Have you read the menu?", to my question about some position. At the next question, the waiter's answer is the same. The attitude is arrogant. We saw a cockroach on the wall :)
The table is dirty, wiped only after 10 minutes. Waiters need to be caught
I do not recommend it! Expensive and not tasty!
They brought a seafood salad for 35lari, in which half is dry rice, a limp salad and a meager portion of seafood that was not felt at all. Russian russians only pretended that they did not understand either Russian or English (although the order was accepted in Russian) when asked to call the chef and my dissatisfaction. There was no apology or replacement of the dish.
The restaurant has claims, and the service is purely Georgian
The most delicious khinkali). Of the disadvantages, the staff ignores the Russian language, although they fully understand it. And English is not so frisky.
The beer is very tasty, the cheese balls are also good, and the fries are good. We ordered shrimps in batter for 50 lari, brought raw shrimps, asked to redo - they did not come up with anything better, fried raw shrimps, as a result, burnt butter and a little taste of shrimps turned out. When you pay 50 GEL, you want something completely different.
It's delicious, I won't describe the beer and it's so clear. Hitting the waiters is not clear. Or we've been lucky for a day. I liked everything. There are no complaints about the menu. You can't drive children away from desserts by the ears. I recommend you to visit. In general, I'm thinking how to visit other places here when there is such a good restaurant. My feet carry me here by themselves
