It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen! We were having fun because of the cancellation of another booking, out of desperation, but otherwise I would never have chosen it! For the first two days, we shared a standard room with the cockroaches. Then we moved into a shared apartment with a balcony and mosquitoes. The towels are torn, the sheet is narrow, does not cover the entire mattress. Hot water intermittently. The maid went through our things, ruined a box of gift chocolates, trying to open it. My perfume was disappearing before my eyes until I hid the bottle. Breakfast is a separate topic. On the day of departure, we spent 40 minutes trying to get at least some sausages. I had to involve the administrator. By the way, she's the only person who really works here. The rest hate their jobs and their guests, and they spend the whole day gossiping and drinking tea. I have never returned home from a trip with such pleasure!

The hotel is very old! The furniture has already fallen into disrepair, the windows and doors won't close, and everything is very dirty. A very bad breakfast, if you can even call it breakfast. But we must pay tribute to the staff: they try their best to somehow brighten up the guests' stay at this hotel, they work for themselves and for those who are missing! Thank them!

Apparently, it was very good once, in general, the design of the rooms is interesting, but now everything looks dilapidated, and the plumbing and shower cabin are just creepy. The room is cramped, not even standard. The room is also not very clean. Here are the cleanest bed linen and towels. But most importantly, everyone liked the location. Fountain Square is within walking distance

I stayed at this hotel from October 11th to 18th. I made a mistake - when checking into the hotel, the employee at the reception asked to show the reservation and I showed it on the phone. Without closing the PIN code. I went into the room and within five minutes I began to receive messages in the mail that my reservation was changing. I didn't understand at first and went about my business. Two days later, I tried to go to the booking office, but it was blocked. I've been restoring my account for a day. When I restored it, I went in and saw that my reservation had been canceled. And I live here and the fact of payment is on hand. Fraud in its purest form! I am shocked that this is possible.
As for the calf itself, its advantage is the location. You can see everything else in the photo. You can not pin your hopes on breakfast - there is not even a coffee machine. Omelette, sausages, loaf and loaf spreads.

The description and photos did not correspond to the real conditions in the hotel. They were placed in a creepy room with stained and scuffed walls, falling out sockets and a moldy bathroom. They offered a different room to our claims, but not much better. When we realized that it smelled fried, we canceled our booking at the Booking Office. Apparently in order not to leave an angry review there. In general, the hotel managers tried to please somehow, but the impressions were spoiled as much as possible. Breakfast is meager. There is garbage and dirt in the corridors. At the entrance to the hotel, everything is covered in cigarette butts and bird droppings. In order to save money, you can stay for a couple of days, since the price when booking in advance is low, and the location of the hotel is quite convenient

It's a nice place, it's in a good location, but part of the hotel is blocked. But in general, it will go to sleep. The location was very pleasing, because there is a restaurant or a clothing store on every corner.

The hotel is 2-3 stars. It didn't suit us. But I would like to note separately that the staff are very good people. We were immediately refunded and helped to find another hotel we needed. Moreover, they took a taxi with us for 3-4 hours at night.

Everything is beautiful in the photo, in fact an illusion. The essence is this: they took an old hotel and just painted it. Pros it's comfortable to sleep on the bed and the staff tried, sometimes.
The cons are everything else: they do not have to work, only one person at the reception speaks Russian. There is no breakfast in the sense that almost always everything is "just over" and the breakfast time is from 9 to 11, there were both at 9 and at 10 in the morning. Everything is old, towels are rarely changed, I clean badly. I do not recommend the hotel.

The photos of the hotel on the Internet do not correspond to reality. The hotel is in poor condition, all rooms are old and have been in need of repair for a long time. Some of the rooms are being renovated. Breakfast is meager and monotonous. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Awful.

Vague impressions, they seem to be trying, but they don't understand anything about the hotel business. The rooms smell very much of paint (but only painted walls, a bathroom with old plumbing), we changed them 3, because we booked according to the photo, and in fact we were told that the photos do not correspond to the booking, i.e. in the photo a suite, and we booked a junior suite. Only 1 admin understands Russian, and 2 in English, sometimes, we just didn't understand at all. Breakfast: you come to the beginning-there is nothing, you come half an hour before closing-there is nothing.

I didn't like it at all, the service leaves much to be desired, until you ask them, they don't do anything themselves, they don't clean the room, they don't give breakfast until you ask for it yourself, although breakfast was included in the room rate, the walls are stained in the room, in general I don't advise!!!
