I do not recommend this bank. Foreigners are being deceived, rubles are being exchanged for amounts and then only for dollars. It's nonsense, it's a complete deception. I ask the central bank to pay attention to this and arrange an audit.

the cashier checked the "thickness" of the bill with his hands. We checked through the machine, everything is fine with the bill. But the woman did not like the quality of the paper for 20 euros. She said that my bill was "smoky" and the bill was not exchanged. Also, when I asked who I could contact to leave a complaint, they replied: "call wherever you want, we don't care"

If you are not a citizen of Uzbekistan and you came to exchange the amounts in dollars, then you will not be able to do this without a check from an ATM. Fortunately, there is an ATM in the next wing that does not ask for checks and perfectly changes amounts into dollars.
