We stayed at the hotel from 05/5/2025 to 05/07/2025. I really liked the hotel: clean, comfortable, delicious homemade breakfasts and very friendly staff! According to the location of the hotel, everything was fine. The city was mostly traveled by taxi, the price of a taxi in the city is very, very modest. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and always ready to help, easily answer questions and help solve personal problems of tourists. Special thanks to the hotel owner for his hospitality and his beautiful wife for the delicious breakfasts and caring for every guest!
Nice hotel, not close to the center, but you can walk in 20 minutes. The hotel has daily cleaning, everything is clean, lots of towels, breakfast and pool are included in the price. The pool is warm, we splashed there alone, the reception warns and tries to take turns recording so that it's not crowded. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room, but glasses instead of mugs are not very convenient. There is not much choice for breakfast, basically everything is cold, only the porridge is warm (for example, pancakes, pies were always cold), but you can eat, in general, we were satisfied that we stayed at this hotel, the owner of the hotel is cheerful and polite
This is my first time in Samarkand and I really liked the city, including the accommodation in this hotel. The hotel is very modern with elements of an oriental fairy tale. The room is cozy, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is fresh and new. The location of the hotel is not far from the Registan complex, while walking, we went to the store, bought cool T-shirts, high-quality knitwear, made in Uzbekistan, returned to our luxurious apartments in this hotel in the evening, brewed tea, there is everything for this in the room, on the 4th floor there is breakfast in a beautiful mini cafe. I liked this hotel, thanks to the staff for their caring attitude towards the guests, the guys are polite and very diligent, they quickly respond to any request from visitors. I recommend you to visit!
Wonderful hotel, excellent staff! We met and saw them off with warmth and care! The manager is very friendly to us, he provided everything for his guests at the first request!
Great rooms, cozy and comfortable, delicious breakfasts, top-notch hotel! We were delighted with our big company! And there were 16 of us! We send our regards and look forward to visiting again. We recommend it!The hotel is located in the very center of the city!
A wonderful, beautiful, modern hotel with pleasant service, with a very pleasant, clean, modern room interior, snow-white linens, towels and delicious breakfasts in a beautiful restaurant. The disadvantage of the hotel is not much in the distance, but a taxi in Samarkand is not expensive enough and the distance is not critical.
I really liked this hotel, the wonderful staff work there, helped with any issue, even unrelated to accommodation. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The room is well cleaned, everything you need is there.
Convenient location, you can quickly get to any attractions.
Definitely advise you to stay!
I really liked the city of Samarkand, it's very atmospheric, beautiful and safe!
Nice, new hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts, and varied every day. They try to make sure that everything is enough for everyone. It is a special pleasure to have breakfast on the balcony. There is a swimming pool, the child was happy.
Unfortunately, I did not find any advantages in this hotel (
The breakfasts are lavish, meager and not tasty.
The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The towels were stained 🤢
What further marred the impression was the lack of an iron in the room, when we went to the reception and said that they ironed themselves, we had to use a PAID ironing service! But the icing on the cake was that they burned my shirt and tried to hide it!
But in my defense, I will say that the damage was compensated for the damage.
They also decided to foolishly use their "SPA", the hammam smelled like a rotten rag, and it didn't heat very well. The pool is small, you can't really walk around, so their spa complex is a waste of money.
Based on the past 2 days, we concluded that we would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone close to us, and we certainly would not return.
My wife and I had a rest together at this hotel at the end of April. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Registan Square.
That's his plus. Another advantage is the friendly staff.
One of the disadvantages: very poor sound insulation of the rooms. You can hear everything, you wake up in the morning from this noise.
The breakfasts are meager, the food was cleaned before the end of the breakfast time.
The staff lives here and walks around the hotel with the children, which is strange in my opinion.
Summary: it's okay to spend 1 night. But I don't recommend stopping for long.
Great hotel. Everything is new and bright. The location is good, the pool is excellent. The breakfast buffet is very decent and varied. The owners are great people, they will prompt and help!
Very friendly hosts, very neat, clean, cozy hotel! Everything is new and cool. ♥️ We lived for 3 days in pleasure! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!
A decent hotel both in terms of location and quality. Clean, cozy, helpful staff. The spa is open until late in the evening, which is very relaxing after hiking.
A cozy hotel, friendly owners. Quiet, calm, clean. Delicious and varied breakfasts. There is a veranda, you can have breakfast with a great view of the city.
Dear travelers,
I want to write a real review with photo confirmations, because I don't understand where this hotel gets such a high rating. If at least someone prefers to book another hotel after my review, then I did not write all this in vain.
I am writing a review in detail so that you understand all the "charms" of this hotel.
Let's start with the pros:
1. The rooms, at least ours, look well-groomed and clean, there are no questions.
That's the end of the pros, let's move on to the cons.:
1. There is no one at the reception regularly.
For example, my wife and I waited 15-20 minutes after the trip until at least someone came to the reception and gave us the room key.
Also, during our three days in this "beautiful" hotel, we encountered about 3 times that when we called from the room at the reception, no one answered us.
2. Keep in mind that when cleaning your room, they may simply skip and do nothing.
For example, my wife and I returned to our room after a walk in the hot Samarkand, but we simply did not even have water bottles.
Of course, I immediately called the reception, and then we return to point 1, no one answered us persistently. I had to go down to the reception myself to ask for a few bottles of water.
3. There are no proper irons in the hotel.
I'm not even talking about the fact that the iron should be in constant use for every room.
We had the following situation: My wife and I were going to dinner, we needed to iron things (expensive things). The iron was more or less normal, it was taken away from us in the morning without asking, and when we needed it, 15-20 minutes after the request, we were given an iron (you can see its appearance in photos No. 1 and No. 2)
Next, I went down to the reception and demanded to provide me with a normal iron. They gave me the only decent one (photo No. 3), which is used by the whole hotel (and they bring it to people in the rooms, and the hotel staff use it, while they take it out of the room whenever they want), and even this iron had a broken spout + water periodically flowed out of it)
4. Absolutely zero noise insulation.
Our room was on the 3rd floor, the dining room on the 4th floor. Every morning at 7-8 a.m., the endless noise of rearranging tables, chairs, and everything else was already beginning. You can hear it very strongly, it's impossible to sleep from that moment on, appropriately.
5. It is wildly draughty and noisy from the window, despite the fact that it is tightly closed. The very first morning I woke up with a sore throat.
6. There is only one unfortunate coffee machine in the dining room of the entire hotel, which has already seen everything it can.
And this coffee machine broke down on the first day of our stay at the hotel.
All the people were shocked, they just had to drink powdered MacCoffee.
Next, this coffee machine was simply replaced with a water tank (photo No. 4), and the hotel administrator, when asked "When will the coffee machine appear?!", indifferently replied: "I don't know, they took it to the service, I don't know how much they will fix it)
Of the guaranteed drinks, you will find: plain water, boiled water, apricot compote and packaged coffee and tea, sometimes sugary juice.
6. Well, the cherry on the cake is food. Breakfast is simply meager, do not expect that you will have some kind of side dish like French fries, rice or something else basic and standard. It's just going to be a buttery fried egg.
There is nothing meat except fried, buttery cheap sausages. Sometimes they can put "paper" chicken strips.
There is only one vegetable salad from the master's shoulder, where there is only cabbage and grass. There is a particularly unnecessary cheese slicing + flakes.
In addition to all of the above, the condition of the food (temperature, quantity, etc.) is practically not controlled.
You can come in 20-30 minutes after the start of breakfast, but there is no real food or her condition is such that everything has been lying for 2-3 hours.
In general, adults have nothing much to eat, and if you are with a small child, then do not even think that your child will leave the table satisfied and well-fed.
Of course, if this hotel had cost me 10,000 rubles for three nights, I would not have paid attention to many of the above, but the hotel cost almost 20,000 rubles for three nights!!!!!
Before checking into this terrible hotel, we stayed for 3 days in one of the best hotels in Tashkent called "Marwa Hotel 3*", which costs the same money, but at the same time there:
1. Excellent staff, where everyone speaks 3-5 languages. Employees work around the clock in 2-3 shifts, and are always ready to help with any questions.;
2. Excellent service;
3. Beautiful rooms;
4. Delicious and varied breakfasts + several expensive and high-quality coffee machines + a variety of soft drinks;
5. The equipment is high-quality, modern and not broken.
6. And 80% of this hotel are Europeans. Who know a lot about quality service, that's why they book rooms here.
Dear travelers,
Summing up the above, I want to say that the Hayat Plaza hotel in Samarkand has a red price of 3,000 rubles per night, but not from 6,000-7,000 rubles for the most standard room.
Just save your money, nerves and mood. Because after a wonderful walk around Samarkand, upon returning to the hotel, you will immediately lose the impressions and emotions of your day.
Good luck to all!
Traveling in Uzbekistan, we carefully approached the choice of a hotel, focusing primarily on reviews.
This hotel turned out to be the best in terms of price/quality ratio. Conveniently located and very beautiful new interior, on the 4th floor there is a restaurant with a view of Samarkand. Breakfast is a buffet, there is enough choice, a good coffee machine.
Well-trained staff, high-quality bed linen and incredibly soft towels.
Mattresses, like in other hotels, are hard, but sleep very well.
I recommend it to everyone!
A great new hotel, with a fresh renovation in a modern European style. We lived in two different economy class rooms - the rooms correspond to the photos, very comfortable mattresses, clean linen, our own refrigerator, a smart TV (we used access to YouTube), shampoos, slippers, shower gels - everything is there. Convenient numerous hooks in the bathroom, a large closet for things - everything is thought out. We had a rest in January - underfloor heating in the bathroom and central heating are available, the rooms are warm. The spa is paid separately, 1 hour free of charge when staying in a junior suite and a suite, I liked it inside (dry sauna, Turkish hammam, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, table for 10 people, sun beds).
I liked everything very much, despite the fact that there were problems with the rooms: either the sewer was leaking, or the air conditioner. They immediately offered another room. The administrators are very nice, I didn't ask for the name- the blonde-haired administrator was very attentive, took care even where it was not his responsibility. I wish there were more of them. I also liked the pool with Jacuzzi. The location is good, close to the center
Excellent hotel, convenient location, chic interior and exterior decoration. Incredibly beautiful reception with a three-dimensional panel of Samarkand. A quiet and comfortable elevator.
Linen, towels, sanitary ware of high quality.
We lived in a suite, there was a very bright light in the bedroom, we did not have enough light in the headboard. The light switch in the bedroom
Great hotel! We met like family and friends! Guys, thank you for your hospitality, for your advice, and for the fact that my husband fell in love with Uzbekistan and its people! See you soon
About the sauna: in a couple of days I ordered a sauna, everything was discussed, but by our arrival the sauna was cold-that is, they even warmed up the sauna for our arrival, but this is not the main thing, the most terrible thing is the staff, they then asked for full payment, although in fact the sauna is not heated. In general, it's a disgusting place, I don't advise you to waste your time and nerves!
Excellent hotel near the center. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts with wonderful views of the main attractions! We did not find any drawbacks. I definitely recommend it for a stay!
This is a new private hotel! Everything is new and clean, cleaning every day, air conditioning in the room, kettle, bath set, slippers! A wonderful and varied breakfast! But the main thing in this hotel is the people who surrounded us with care and attention, responded very quickly to our requests, always tried to help! It left a very pleasant impression , as if we were not staying in a hotel , but were guests in a hospitable oriental house!
Perfect! A great, new, clean, cozy hotel. We were met and brought on a transfer. They paid in rubles, and then they exchanged rubles for local amounts and back. We went to a meeting very often. There are very nice people at the reception, they are always ready to help and ask if you need something. The rooms are bright and clean. Towels are often changed, tea, water, soap, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes are put in. The breakfast buffet is not very varied, but you can eat tasty and calmly. There is a swimming pool with a sauna, but we did not go. Not in the tourist center, but to go by Yandex taxi, very fast and cheap. I highly recommend it!
New hotel, nice rooms, nice guys at the reception. The breakfast is not very extensive, but everything is there and everything is delicious: a couple of cereals, pancakes, pies, eggs, vegetables, fruits, sweets, normal coffee, etc. There is a swimming pool, sauna and hammam. It is located away from the center, but you can quickly and inexpensively get anywhere by taxi.
The hotel is very fresh, there are no smells, the rooms are clean and the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, everything is super. We will come back again and recommend everyone who will be in Samarkand, be sure to stay at this hotel.
I really liked the hotel! It's brand new. Luxurious and rich finish. There is a hammam and a swimming pool. Comfortable rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Pleasant memories!
Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about cleaning. Free Wi-Fi with good speed
New renovation, everything is new, but
1) the employee at the reception does not explain anything and does not give information
2) soap is not soapy
3) the bed linen is not clean
4) the pool is closed and the water in it is not clean
We're not going there anymore.
