Oh well, I liked it here. The staff is polite and attentive. Cozy and delicious pleasant atmosphere. You can sit and take your time, forget about business and traffic jams.

Our family really liked the restaurant. Cozy, delicious cuisine, excellent service, pleasant music. The wipes are very comfortable. We ordered steaks, juicy, delicious, which was especially pleasing, besides, we did not expect such a decent portion of meat. the fries were also excellent (not greasy and salted properly). In general, we recommend it!

Today we happened to be at HayalEt in our area. The cuisine is excellent and most importantly everything is DELICIOUS 😋The staff works perfectly-they are greeted, escorted, polite, prompted by the menu. I advise everyone!!! Buffet business lunch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The price per person is only 4990 tenge😍

The restaurant is cozy, made with taste and quality. I really liked the solution in the bathroom, what kind of genius came up with such a sink? 😂❤️A very original approach not only to the interior, but also to the dishes. I have not tasted a tastier steak for a long time, at least in Kazakhstan. As far as I know, their chefs are from Turkey, great professionals in their field. A very large meat assortment. In addition to the main menu, I have been to buffet lunches, for such a price it is satisfying and very tasty. The staff is friendly and caring. I think the place will go far, I recommend you to visit👍

The staff is cool, the atmosphere is cozy, the food is fabulous, the interior is wonderful, especially the curtains and tulle (which I sewed) there is no alcohol - this is very pleasing, the dishes are just a delight for gourmets

It's just a great place. These are straight establishments from the list for mandatory visits. The steaks are very tasty. The atmosphere of the place is gorgeous. The staff is professional. Serving dishes is a separate item. 100 out of 10 is simple. We will definitely visit this wonderful place again with friends on our next trip

Today we went to the HayalEt restaurant with friends and the waiter Sahra served us (if I'm not mistaken)a beautiful girl, a true professional, knows all the ingredients of the dishes and can advise what is the best from the menu...She is very responsive, attentive and positive! It is rare to meet such pros in business and it is very pleasant!

There are several Turkish (conceptual) restaurants in Almaty, this one is the worst, and it is better to visit others. They also advertise one price, but bring a different bill, so be careful. A simple rule, you can only cheat people once, I don't go in anymore and I don't recommend it to my friends.

Very tasty rib eye, medium fried. Well, just outstanding. At the same time, the price by international standards is almost free for a steak of this quality. Tomato soup is also delicious. Turkish tea is not quite classic when served, but the taste is what you need. Very bright lighting, blinding a little. But it's generally a good place. Delicious.
