The hotel is small and located near the center of Marmaris. The hotel has many advantages. Very clean, well cleaned everywhere. The food is fresh and delicious, but not too varied. Croissants are baked every morning and are wonderful. The staff is very polite and nimble. At the spa, we had a great hammam with a non-extreme massage. The rooms are not bad, although they are small. the place is hard to imagine. The private beach is very close, sun beds and umbrellas are not additionally charged, I do not know about drinks. The sea in the city is not very good, but the views are cool. We took one room with a view of the sea, and the other one with a view of the mountains. The view of the sea is amazing, various yachts are constantly sailing, and there was also a sailing regatta. In Marmaris, it is interesting to take a view of the sea. The second room has a view of the sunsets and the English pub. We were lucky with the evening rains, the British didn't hang out there.
Of the disadvantages of the hotel, the only thing that is associated with the small size of the hotel: a small pool, a small territory and, accordingly, the lack of various additional entertainment and beautiful places. We were in late April - early May 2025, there were heavy rains for 2 days, it was cool. There was nothing to do at the hotel. There is only paid billiards in the room. There is a swimming pool, table tennis and a bar only on the street, there is no gym, there are no games, the library is foreign.
It's a good place for adult lovers of urban summer beach holidays.

It was in August 2024. I really liked the hotel, it is small and cozy, freshly renovated, everything is clean and tidy. The location is convenient. The food was delicious, varied, and there was plenty of everything. The staff is responsive, there are Russian-speaking administrators. There were a lot of English people in the hotel. Entertainment programs are atypical and not every day (Most often these are performances by musical groups). But finding entertainment in Marmaris is not a problem, anyone who wants to will find it.

A small, cozy hotel 100 meters from the sea and its own private beach! We stayed at the hotel at the end of May 2025. The biggest plus of this hotel is the staff! The girls are Russian-speaking, they try to solve all the issues, the waiters are very responsive, funny, sociable, always with a smile, cheer up! The hotel is 4*, but the service is excellent, the waiters always come up and ask what drinks to bring, in 5* hotels this was not the case in all! The hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are fresh and the plumbing is good! One of the inconveniences is that the shower cannot be removed, and the watering can is attached statically from above in the shower stall. The hotel is clean, constantly cleaned, the windows are washed, even the ceiling lights on the street!) The food in the hotel is always fresh and delicious! The choice is small (compared, for example, with an Egyptian hotel), but you can always find something delicious for yourself! I was surprised that the 4* hotel had red fish almost every day, and even two types of fish in one evening - fried and steamed! There's always beef and chicken! There is a barbecue courtyard, an omelet with vegetables and cheese was cooked in the morning - it's a whole cooking show! We also baked pancakes and delicious croissants every morning! Lots of greens, sauces! A large selection of cheeses and sausages! The chef went out every time, watched the work of the staff, made sure that new dishes were brought, which were disassembled! There is no restaurant as such, there are tables on the street and on the veranda, there were a lot of people in the hotel, but there were always enough tables! Vacationers are mostly retired foreigners, the atmosphere is friendly! There have always been a lot of free sun beds on the beach! You can go into the water without special slippers. The sea in Marmaris is not very clean due to the large number of yachts, we swam in Icmeler (a neighboring village) where the water is much cleaner! At first they gave us a bad room, on the 1st floor, dark, with absolutely no view from the balcony and very smoky. The reception staff immediately resolved this issue, gave us a room on the floor above, with a better view, bright and fresh! The rooms in the hotel are very small, it's even difficult to find a place to put your suitcase, but there are lockers and bedside tables for things. If you're going for silence, then you're not going to this hotel!) Our Windows overlooked the English pub, every evening until one o'clock in the morning there were broadcasts of football matches, loud music and screams of fans! We were saved by the fact that we walked a lot and fell asleep tired even to this noise! :) There is a bus stop near the hotel, many shops, and the center of Marmaris is 15-20 minutes away on foot! There is a magnificent, long embankment, it is very pleasant to walk along it, it is beautiful, although it is very noisy in the evening, there are bars with loud music all around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hawaii 4* Hotel! There are many kind, warm memories left!

A beautiful 4* city hotel with its own clean beach, plenty of sun loungers!!! Solid four meals, Efes beer and white wine are excellent!!! This hotel has become the most beloved in 20 years of flights to Marmaris. He won even against the good A's. All the food is great, everything was very varied for 2 weeks, steamed red trout, soups, fruits, hot dishes, snack, night soup, lots of food. The service is just top, instantly everyone brought an extra blanket and a vacuum cleaner every day and soap. The cleaning is excellent.
The rooms in the direction of the Irish bar are, of course, worse, because the music is screaming and drunken Germans until 00.00. But you can sleep if you actively walk a lot, etc. The pool is normal, small, very clean. The bar at the basik, spa, etc. are all available, there is a small grocery store right in the hotel. The location is ideal, walking distance to the center, close to bus stops, shops and pharmacies. Yunus restik is on the shore. Its own beach line with nice sun beds, clean. The only drawbacks are the nearby noisy bar. That's all.

This is a family hotel (meaning children from 0+), but there are no animators and it's wonderful- the pool is quiet. The system is all inclusive. The choice is sufficient. There is a bar and a restaurant both by the pool and on the covered veranda of the hotel. The kitchen is wonderful, 4 times a day, the quality and variety are amazing. The chef of the kitchen is a magician. The waiters are attentive and efficient. Towels without deposit. The beach and sun beds are private, 3 minutes away. The rooms are different in size, comfort, number of beds - specify immediately when buying. The staff teaches Russian. Compatriots- remember about tips, greedy people spoil the image of the whole country. You can't give less than a bus ride / a cup of coffee in a cafe.

A nice hotel with a good location in the center of Marmaris, second line, but 60 meters from the beach. Traffic is prohibited, only the pedestrian zone. Everyone had their own small beach, sun beds and umbrellas, because the main contingent of the hotel were British, and few of them went to the sea, basically everyone was located around the pool next to the bar. The sea is not completely clean, the proximity of many bars affects, so there is a small amount of plastic in the water. Many smokers throw cigarette butts in the sand, although there are special pots for garbage.
The reception staff knows Russian poorly, the main communication is in English.
The bar is served by young guys, well done trying to learn Russian, cheerful and sociable. Local drinks are free from 10 a.m. to 23 p.m., the beer is good, I also enjoyed raki and local rum, there are cocktails, European alcohol for a fee.
The rooms are all with balconies, small, but have everything you need. The furniture and plumbing are in good condition, the air conditioner was working properly.
I liked the food: meat, chickens and fish, the chef tried his best, there were enough fruits and vegetables.
In the afternoon, you can take a boat ride for $ 15-20, entering beautiful coves and swimming in the purest water. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment called 80 bars street and choose a place to sit.
The most important thing is that Marmaris is on the shore of a beautiful bay surrounded on all sides by green mountains, one view of the landscape lifts the mood.
In general, I really liked it, you can definitely go once.

A wonderful hotel!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cleaned every day! We didn't hear the neighbors at all. If you open the balcony, you can hear the neighboring hotel and their parties, but with the balcony closed, you can't hear anything at all.
The food is delicious and there is plenty to eat throughout the day. The desserts were just insanely delicious!
Clean swimming pool and surrounding area.
There is an entertainment program, but not every day, which was a plus for us.
The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. The alcohol is good. The bartenders are great!!! We became very friendly with them!
There was a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, but there were no problems with communication with the rest of the staff.
Check-out at the hotel is before 12:00, and we had check-out only at 16:00. The staff offered to extend the room for an additional fee, but also offered an alternative option - to leave things in a special room, provided a room where you can change clothes. And all the hotel services were available to us before check-out for free.
Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and absolutely everywhere.
The beach is very close. I saw in the comments that they complain about the condition of the beach, but we didn't find anything wrong, the beach is clean.

One of the disadvantages is that the Internet does not work in the rooms on the top floor. First, they try to move everyone into a room next to the elevator, where it smells like sewage and is noisy. In the bathroom, there is a slightly living tray in the shower stall, it bends even under light weight. The plumbing is very old, but it worked fine. I don't know who praised the chef- the food is three. Not enough meat. Or it is cooked in such a way that it does not chew. Cherished cucumbers and petrified simites and bread are in the order of things. I also had a rest in three-star hotels - the food was better. Of the good ones, there is a large selection of sweets. The beach from the hotel is very small and dirty, the sunbeds are close to each other, cigarette butts, broken glasses and dirty diapers are lying around. The beach boy of the nearby Yunus hotel constantly drives tourists from one sunbed to another.from our beach, beach boy just sat and drank some water, indifferent to everything. It is very uncomfortable and dirty.we went to the neighboring beaches, where it is clean and cozy. Beach towels were not always available when the hotel was fully loaded. Room cleaning is also so-so. This year, my friend and I visited Marmaris. We chose the HAWAII hotel ourselves and did not regret it. Everything was on top, the room was cleaned cleanly and every day, the food was very tasty and varied, and I have never tasted sweets like this since I was in Turkey, they were so delicious and moderately sweet and this is the merit of chef Omar, thank you separately!!! The beach is 2 minutes from the hotel, everything is clean and comfortable, special thanks to the waiters and bartenders, thanks a lot to everyone for a great stay!!! Although it has 4 stars, it does not reach three. A hard bed, small. The audibility of autumn is strong in the room both from the corridor and from the street. Under the windows to the courtyard there is a generator and an air conditioner unit that walked like a nuclear reactor. The air conditioner in the room starts working after 30-40 minutes of idle noise. Breakfast is meager and monotonous.

The air conditioners work at 60-70%, the taps in the shower break down, they are not repaired with joy, the refrigerators are working on their last breath. Everyone is sincere and we understand! Now there are 10-20 stable people there, very quiet and cozy! You can swim alone in the pool! The Wi-Fi in the lobby is bad, especially when everyone is connected during meals! The Internet costs $25 per room per week, but it's not very good either… We downloaded the airalo app at home, paid $15 for 10gb at once, and as soon as we arrived at the airport, it was already working!
