To visit Bukhara, we decided to stay in this small traditional house.
So, the main advantages:
1) Location - all the main attractions of the old town are 10-15 minutes on foot. Very convenient
2) Pleasant and polite hosts. We resolved all issues in a timely manner, allowed us to leave our things before checking in while we wandered around the city, and quickly resolved the issue with the temperature of the water in the shower.
3) A clean room. A separate plus is for the simplicity of the design, the absence of colorful wallpaper and gilding, which many local hotels sin against. Clean and working plumbing, no unpleasant odors in the bathroom.
4) Silence. The windows overlook the courtyard.
5) A hearty breakfast on the covered veranda - fried eggs with fried onions, homemade pastries, fresh kaymak, jam (apparently homemade too), fruits, peanuts in sugar, boiled coffee and tea - everything is very tasty.
6) You can have tea on the veranda in the evening - a pleasant interior, it's a pity there are no trees in the courtyard.
Minuses:
If you come to visit the sights and do not plan to spend whole days in the room, then they simply do not exist. There is not much furniture in the room (beds and bedside tables, a hanger), perhaps for someone it is critical to have a wardrobe or a TV, but not for us.

Location in the most historic place! The house itself has 6 rooms upstairs for rent, the owners live downstairs. The hostess prepares breakfast herself, always fresh and varied pastries, fruits, Sour cream, eggs in various forms. The rooms are newly renovated. There was no hair dryer, but it was provided upon request.

We stayed at this guest house in March, very nice and hospitable hosts. Beautiful and cozy courtyard, newly renovated room. We haven't had a TV yet, most likely, it will be available by the season.
A very large breakfast is included in the room rate.
The advantage was the location: it was close to the center of Bukhara, so you could just walk everywhere.

Of the advantages: location, almost all the sights are within walking distance, the room is clean, there is air conditioning, the hotel is on a quiet street. Friendly hosts .
Of the minuses: breakfast is served on the outdoor veranda, and in the morning it is very cold there. The blankets are too thin, i.e. they are light bedspreads.

I chose the hotel according to the parameters low price / high quality / proximity to the center / cleanliness / breakfast. Everything meets the stated requirements and photos. The hotel is new, everything is clean and tidy. The host is a friendly and attentive person, tries very hard to make the guests feel comfortable and cozy. A quiet area and an awesome location, all the main attractions are within walking distance! There are many cafes and restaurants around. I will come here with pleasure when I visit the wonderful ancient city of Bukhara.

We lived here in October for 3 days. I would like to note that "everything is learned in comparison", and during this trip we had different impressions about guest houses. Everything is very good here with a shower room: everything is clean, comfortable, has everything you need; good, fresh (functioning normally!)plumbing. The room has air conditioning and excellent heating, we appreciated it, since at 26-30 degrees during the day, the nights were already quite cool. But it would be nice to have a kettle and at least a tiny refrigerator in the rooms. And, of course, it is desirable to somehow diversify the breakfasts. Overall, the impression is very pleasant. The price-quality ratio is quite satisfactory.

New guesthouse, clean linen, water and air conditioning are available, everything is new and clean, located near the city center, close to shops. A good combination of price and quality 🔥 breakfast is included, the hosts are friendly. We had 2 days, I liked everything, it's better to walk in the evening, because it's very hot in the afternoon. Good price. Nice room. I took a double: there was an individual shower/toilet, air conditioning. Everything was cleaned up. Renovation in Euro style - fresh. In order to spend the night - the best option. It is possible to book through services from Russia, in Uzbekistan it is usually difficult to do this
