The rest was spent at the hotel by a whole family of 5 people in October.
We were settled in one room, which was equipped with an extra bed for a 12-year-old child and a playpen bed for a toddler. The hotel is in a good location, there are no noisy bars and hotels nearby. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer. The sea is 12-15 minutes away at a calm pace. Both to the stone and to the sandy beach.
The hotel has friendly staff. All meals are included. The hotel is clean. The hotel has a swimming pool for adults and children. I recommend the hotel.

A good hotel for your money, I rate 3.8 stars out of the stated 4.
Of the advantages:
1.Location: in the center, 5-7 minutes walk to the city beach, 15 minutes to Calista beach, 5-15 minutes to all bars, clubs and the main promenade.
2.Restaurant operation: 10 out of 10, there is enough food, there is no need to run to the beginning, there is enough for everyone.
The main menu:
Breakfast: omelets, scramble, cheeses, sausages, sausages, vegetables of all kinds, oils, jams, honey, olives, etc., pastries, watermelon.
Lunch: soup, chicken,beef side dish (potatoes, rice/noodles),vegetables, pastries, watermelon
Dinner: fish,chicken/beef, side dishes, vegetables, cakes, custard cakes, etc., cherries, watermelon,oranges,melon
Of the drinks, I can mention a completely normal wine.
The restaurant manager remembers each guest in person and clearly monitors everything that happens. They cook delicious.

1. there is no sound insulation at all, you can hear everything that happens, both in the next room, and music at the bar and conversations. At 23.00, the music is turned off, but if people continue to sit in the pool and bar area, then you are not sleeping either))) in general, before 2.00-you will not be able to sleep.(perhaps those with children are accommodated in rooms more remote from the place of the main party., but the hotel is small and three buildings nearby , the pool and bar are located in the center of the buildings)
2. During the week of stay, there was never a room cleaning! In the middle of the rest, I asked the reception to clean the room, I said OK, we'll clean it tomorrow, I even wrote it down))) but no one even threw out the garbage... you could go to the reception again, of course, but I scored)
3. there is no beach area of your own. City beach-small pebbles, sun beds without mattresses, cost $ 3. There are hotel "beaches" on the same beach, you can lie in comfort with them, the cost is 10 dollars.
Another beach: Calista Beach, it takes a little longer to walk, but there is sand, "civilization" and another contingent, the cost of a sunbed starts from $ 15, the sun beds are super comfortable-beds with canopies.Also, you can just swim there and sit in bars without paying for a sunbed, as an option, well, or lie on your towel next to it)))

Nice little hotel
The area is very small, 3 apartments and a swimming pool.
They feed well, you definitely won't stay hungry.Meat, vegetables, desserts , drinks . The bar is from 10 to 22.
Wi-Fi $ 1 - day per person
7-10 minutes to the sea ,
There is a park near the sea where there is free Wi-Fi.
There is a small pool for children, cots and high chairs, the rooms are cleaned every other day. The staff is friendly.

The food is excellent, fruits, vegetables, little meat, but we didn't really need it. But the truth is diverse! The bar is open until 22:00, I didn't take alcohol, I don't know about it. The rooms are very clean! However, the audibility in the rooms is unrealistic - both between the rooms and discos and parties from the "city". Therefore, for those who expect to relax in the room - not here. The hotel is not suitable for active groups of friends or families, it is more suitable for singles or people who go to bed at 21:00 (no offense). Even a banal party can not be arranged here, put hygiene products, clean more often, and generally improve the convenience of the hotel. The hotel is suitable for a very budget holiday, without noisy company.
I regretted that I ordered this hotel, and did not pay 20 thousand more and did not buy a 5* hotel, but the rest was wonderful!

Three stars is the maximum.
On the plus side: the bar and cafe staff are great guys, the cafe manager is a very friendly man, always welcomes and is interested in how you are doing. The food is monotonous, but you will not be hungry (you will steadily eat chicken, fish, mutton every other day). Salads, vegetables, fruits, desserts are also in abundance. The pool is clean, there are enough sun loungers. The location is also very good. In general, the hotel is not bad in its price category)
The views from the rooms to the mountains are also great. An area with interesting architecture and lots of greenery 🌿
Minuses :
The administration does not know Russian , the man himself is not friendly . Wi-Fi - 1 day $ 1 per person. In-room safe - 1 day 1$. There is no private beach. A public chaise longue costs 80 lire or $3.
There is absolutely no room cleaning, initially the room has a dirty pillowcase, dust and dirty floor. From the care-only the gel in the dispenser. Hair dryer, toilet paper, thank you for having) towels 2 pcs per person + one for feet. The replacement was made only at the request of as much as the 4th day of rest, they asked from 3 days and hung a cleaning sign , but the staff just hung it with the back side , but did not clean it😅 replaced when they already "caught the hand" of the cleaner)

If you are looking for "Turkish all inclusive", this hotel is unlikely to meet your expectations. If you are looking for a more or less budget option and do not plan to "hang out" at the hotel - this option is suitable)

We rested at the Havana Hotel 4* on September 19th, 2023. Let's start from the moment of settlement. Arriving in Turkey, we were at the hotel at 9:00, when check-in is possible only after 14:00. A friendly employee met us at the reception and settled us into a free room ahead of the check-in time without any problems. Our room was on the ground floor, entrance from the pool side. The room had air conditioning, a small refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, safe (for a fee). There was also a balcony in the room where you could dry things and spend the evening at a table. The view from the balcony was beautiful, despite the ground floor. The whole area was covered with greenery, palm trees, flowers. The condition of the room is excellent. The websites say that the reconstruction was carried out a long time ago, but the rooms look very fresh. Wi-Fi in the hotel is paid - $ 1 per day. The room was cleaned when we hung a sign notifying that we needed to clean up. The hotel has a small swimming pool, sun beds, which are very fond of occupying in the evening)) The pool closes at 19:00 for processing and until the morning. There is a bar next to the pool. The bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm. During this time, there were various locally produced drinks in our location. For example, gin, vodka, crayfish, beer and various soft drinks (non-alcoholic tastes like water, not tasty). We arrived for all inclusive: breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30, lunch from 12:30 to 13:00, snack (cakes and pastries) from 16:30 to 17:30, dinner from 19:30 to 21:00. It is worth noting that in terms of nutrition we are not picky and the variety of dishes pleased us: every day a different hot: chicken, fish, turkey, pork. Lots of vegetables (both fresh and stewed), herbs, pickles and sauces. Pastries, halva, cakes. From side dishes: rice, bulgur, pasta. Everything is very, very tasty!
Separately, it is worth noting the hotel staff: starting from the maids, ending with the hotel manager. Most of them speak Russian, but it was nice to practice English with some of them. Everyone always smiles, and the smile looks very sincere)) In the evenings, music plays on the bar, Russian music is no exception. The contingent at the hotel is quite old, there were few young people. There were both Russians and Germans, Turks, French and others. Everyone's attitude to each other is positive, everything is positive.
The hotel left a good impression, the hotel meets the requirements of price-quality . We flew for 7 days for 124,000 (flight, transfer, accommodation).
We have been abroad for the second time and, so far, are not so tempted by cool hotels. Perhaps if you were in the top five on ultra all inclusive, then this hotel will seem simple to you. But we were very satisfied!

Entertainment of this kind, these are three clubs, a 15-minute walk away, the beach is 10 at a calm pace.
There is no beach of its own, but as it turned out, this is also not necessary..there is a good public and nearby dokapa beach, in the bay, sandy, everything is nearby, sun beds if you need $ 1..

I didn't want to write a review, but after reading the reviews of others, I decided. We rested in July for 14 days. And apparently that's a lot. There is no rest, but in order to get out a bunch of cons. I'm tired of the food because it's monotonous. In two weeks, we cleaned and changed the bed linen only once and then on demand, I came up and asked for three days in a row. We arrived at ten o'clock in the evening, of course they did not feed us, and we left at two in the morning, lunch boxes were also not prepared, they allegedly forgot. (according to the voucher, these two days were fully included in the price) Tourists from other countries were fed at three nights. The air conditioner worked very poorly, no matter how much they applied, they never fixed it.
And so everyone smiles at you, everyone is polite. Therefore, I tried to ask more than once politely without scandals, but all in vain.
Of course, the gorgeous sea and this pleased me the most. The hotel is quiet, peaceful for the elderly and with children, a big plus

In a country where textiles are at the highest level, having towels of the worst quality (they do not absorb the word at all) is a mockery of the guests.
The hotel does not have its own beach.
Pros: tasty and varied food. The hotel is close to the beaches, 5-7 minutes walk away. There are Russian girls at the reception. They are very friendly and help in everything they can. There is a small playground on site in the shade.
In general, a good hotel, but it does not pull at the declared 4 stars.

I liked the hotel. It is located near the center, but in a low-rise area, next to a small park with fountains, where moms with strollers go during the day, and couples in the evening. It's quiet, unlike in the center, where music is blaring from every hotel.
Everything is clean, rooms are cleaned every day.
I liked that all the windows of the rooms do not look at the pool, but at the quiet streets.
There were few guests at the hotel at the end of the season.
In the beginning there was a more varied menu, in the end the variety became less, but still everything is very tasty, fish, meat, and Chicken. The cakes were wonderful at first, then they became a little dry.
Drinks, coffee, water, juices around the clock. Alcohol from 10 to 22. The wine is so-so, and the beer is quite decent.
We arrived from the plane at the hotel at 2 p.m., and of course we didn't make it to dinner, we had to go to a cafe to eat. This is of course a minus that there is no food in the interval between lunch from 12-30 to 13-30, there is nothing. We don't count afternoon tea, as a rule, there are only pastries. And dinner is at 19-30.
There were about 20 of us in the hotel out of 180 possible people. Every day the director or the manager came, I didn't understand exactly, he talked to everyone. (Though he doesn't speak English, he doesn't speak Russian, he knows a couple of phrases) It was nice.
For those who want to relax in peace, this is the place for you.

We stayed at the hotel in 2022 and really liked it. But in 2023 it got worse. The food is not very diverse, almost the same every day, turkey in the afternoon, chicken in the evening. Once in three days they give fish. It is better to come to the beginning, because salads are disassembled, but new ones are not brought. For breakfast every day, only omelets, sausages and cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, decent sausage are disassembled. There are more fruits (melon, watermelon, plum, orange, peaches). Delicious cakes.
The room is very small, which was not cleaned at all for 10 days. I had to catch a cleaner, because the garbage was not cleaned and toilet paper ran out. If something breaks, they don't fix it, they pretend they don't understand, because almost no one knows Russian. There is no sound insulation, if the neighbors are quiet, then you can relax, but if they are violent, then you will hear everything. There was no Turkish night. The staff is polite, the bartenders are positive.

By the way, the table is covered and with a conder- it is comfortable to the point of horror! The manager reminded me of a military man: calm, solid, sooo nice man, always healthy! Waiter boys, bartender - always neat, helpful, super easy! Well, special thanks and greetings to Max from the reception!! Ideally, even Lermontov recited the Russian language. He will always help and tell you everything!! The miracle man!! The hotel is 7 minutes from the sea. It didn't bother at all. Near Liman street, 10 minutes- and the center with a mosque. I can't confirm four stars. The water in the room is warm (not even hot) in the shower is not always present, although the device of the washing space necessarily assumes the presence of hot water - a ceiling diffuser and an unregulated faucet in space at knee level are installed. Hot water appeared after a complaint to the reception, but not for long ...
Upon check-in, 2 bottles of 0.5 liters of drinking water are given, and these empty containers can be filled more independently from a common cooler.
There are only 2 power outlets in the room, which are not occupied by appliances. The refrigerator is empty, the hair dryer in the toilet room, TV (2 Russian channels), there is enough furniture (a large wardrobe, bedside tables, stool, tables), good lighting, mirrors, country furniture and a clothes dryer on the balcony.
The air conditioning is quite productive, there is a balcony in the room (on all floors).
Wi-Fi is paid (dollar/day), safe is paid (dollar/day). There are no beach towels. There is only one trash can in the room. The accommodation in the hotel is simple, the main character is the Russian—speaking Lilya, everyday problems are solved through them. Other management (managers-owners) I couldn't identify it—there was no need for it.
The restaurant and bar are served by a team of waiters with the Head Chef. They diligently maintain cleanliness and order, there is enough space for all vacationers to eat (the second hall is often empty). The kitchen always pleases with fresh, varied dishes: delicious and nutritious.
A bus takes you to the (public) sandy beach in the morning, a 10-15-minute walk there.
Once a week, a performance "Turkish Night" is given. Incendiary in places.
At first, there was an impression of a quiet place, later it changed to the opposite - the contingent did not disappoint...

A small cozy hotel, very polite and courteous staff. The food is delicious, the alcohol is also quite decent. Besides Russians, Germans and French often rest, and even sometimes locals come. I really liked it! Quite decent for his 4*.

The hotel is 7-10 minutes from the beach. The hotel itself is simple, quiet, just right for a holiday. You can relax if you want to hang out - there are bars near the hotel where you can drink and dance, as well as on the beach at night. The hotel staff is very kind, polite and will always help and prompt. The buffet is quite simple
and suitable for everyone, everyone can choose
what he likes. My husband and I really liked it, we plan to come back again. Thank you very much for the most wonderful vacation.
