The bar is good, in the city center with a pleasant interior and good alcohol, there is even a premium one. The bar offers live music performances. The disadvantages include poor service (it may not be provided, but when fully loaded, the lack of waiters and a call button affects), a small selection of soft drinks (again, this may not be foreseen by the concept, but even plain water is missing), non-working locking mechanisms in the toilet.

A well-known pub chain. There weren't many visitors on Friday evening. We were accommodated without any problems. Unlike the classic Harats, here you are served by a waiter. The choice of foam and main dishes is very different from the usual menu. The waiter is very pleasant with good Russian. The order was accepted quickly, and everything was also taken out very quickly. We liked everything. The music didn't scream. There was supposed to be live music, but we left earlier.
It is fashionable to boldly recommend to visit.

I was there 2 times and both times I went to drink beer after the main feast. From what I remember, the beer is good, there is a good, high-quality Guinness. One of the advantages is that you can watch football. Of the minuses, it's small (maybe it seemed), the kitchen closes early (or we came late), and of course the prices are higher than the average pub. I wanted to give 3 stars, but still 4 is a nice place 👍
Updated: still 3 stars, I even wanted to put 2 ⭐. It's all because of the small portions. Finally I got there sober and ordered shrimp and medallions. There were 10 pieces of shrimp in the plate (it is depressing that they are not enough even for one glass of beer, but it costs space) and there is nothing in the meat dish except just meat. We could put a couple of lettuce leaves, cucumbers, etc. just for decoration. You shouldn't go there sober, it's a disappointment.

It's a disgusting place. You're sitting at the bar, nobody cares about you. The staff are going about their business, immersed in the phone. To be approached, you need to wait for the bartender to deign to look in your direction, he is busy communicating with a girl, he is not up to it. And if he passes by you, it's only on his own business. I'm not even talking about the annoying habit of watching videos on your phone with the sound turned up to high volume. It's like the norm in a public place, right? 😄😄 In general, this place is no different from the rest. Although no, it differs - high prices 😄 do not go here, except for the type of "Irishness" (yes, in quotation marks, because there is no such thing), there is nothing good here, believe me. Nobody cares about you here.

I liked the kitchen more on my first visit, but the last time everything seemed to be wrong. The bland signature salad surprised me... And so everything is fine!

Excellent location. The design is stylish (similar to Guns and Roses). I've been to Harat's in three cities. The owners of the local establishment have a big misconception that they have good beer. Although the beer here is vintage in name, few people like it. In addition, if it stands for a long time, even in a barrel, it turns sour, the taste spoils (and at the same time, it is non-carbonated, without foam as well). Beer in this establishment should be a feature, something that attracts guests. And it pushes you away every time. I've been here several times. Mostly, except for quizzes, stand-ups, or band performances, it's empty. And the price of beer, finishes off, scares away most of the visitors. The cuisine, the food is mediocre (not that it's bad, but it never makes you want to come here for anything). Yes, and I think Aktobe is not a "beer" city (inexpensive beer is still sold, like Shymkent, nothing more). The history of the Pivovarov restaurant (how it began and what it turned into) is the best illustration of the local beer culture. By the way, try to find a good delicious beer in the shops of the city, it is almost impossible to find it. There's no choice, maybe if there is, it's in Dastarkhan. It's sad to sit in an empty place, I want to get out of it as soon as possible. So it turns out that the western (in the neutral sense of the word) style of the pub does not take place in the western city of Kazakhstan. Other examples of the city's establishments are another story. Such a great restaurant comes to mind, already from the past, with the most chic, authentic atmosphere - Albion. For those years, no one stood by. It was also empty and unpopular. Good luck in finding love for Aktobe Harat, 's-u!

We hang out with the family when concerts of visiting bands are held. Great sound at live concerts. It's atmospheric here. Delicious salads and snacks.
