Overall, the clinic left a normal impression, and the appointment was quick. I went to the doctor Gavrilik Andrey Borisovich. After removing the papillomas, I would like to get clearer recommendations on wound care, but the explanation was rather vague. It also seemed that the doctor was in a bit of a hurry, perhaps because of the workload. Separately, it should be noted that the price for the procedure is quite high, even taking into account the discount provided. I think for that kind of money, one would expect a more attentive approach and detailed advice. I hope that the result will be good, and it will become clear over time.

I made an appointment for an examination with a dermatologist -oncologist Degtyarev A.Yu., there are no questions for the doctor himself, pleasant and professional, but the clinic was unpleasantly surprised - the price of the consultation was 40p on the website, and at the reception it turned out that dermatoscopy costs 30p, a total of 70p for a 20-minute consultation, further prices are indicated on the website for the removal of neoplasms, I find out on the spot that everyone else is required to have a mandatory histology for 15 rubles, I understand that we live in the capital and everything is expensive here, but then why not just specify honest prices so that I can make a decision at home, and not face an unpleasant fact.Disappointed.

The courtesy of the staff, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. We were 7 minutes late and it turns out the doctor has already accepted other clients. Which would have to wait about 30 minutes, I was informed that if the doctor succeeds, then !It's possible! they will accept it (with obvious irritation and even mockery). It's a very unpleasant place. They never got to the doctor.

For the first time, I was 7 minutes late for the appointment for the procedure and the doctor refused to take it. I was warned that I was 10 minutes late and I was not informed that they would not be able to receive me. It's a strange approach, to be honest. I definitely won't go there anymore.

I've been going for years, I'm very happy, and everything is at the highest level. I judge from my experience of other cosmetology salons, where they promise a wow effect of removing unwanted hair, which in 10 sessions the result was = 0.
HeppyDerm has the best laser machine in Minsk! I got the same effect from him from the 1st session. And I forgot about my problem for a year.
I also liked the specialist doctors who are very good, friendly and kind - they will tell you everything and prompt you.

I had an appointment with Dr. Gavrilik, I removed the formation on the skin. The doctor himself is not very pleasant, he looked untidy, but this is my subjective opinion.
Initially, she signed up for laser removal, but the doctor suggested removing it with a scalpel, since he did not understand what kind of education it was and "if suddenly it's something bad, it's better to remove it with a scalpel." The cost of this service, by the way, is decently more expensive.
Alas, but at such moments the authority of the doctor does its job, I agreed. Education was at a fairly high level.

I contacted a specialist of the medical center with a problem on the skin , I was four times and paid each time for consultations and bought incorrect medicines in pharmacies , the result was not the treatment , the diagnosis was made with a finger in the sky , they sent me to another doctor , the result was a couple of months with the wrong treatment , I would not even advise the enemy to go to this place , spend time and money and nerves.

But the doctor could not but confirm or deny the diagnosis. I sent it to Prilukskaya anyway. Why, I ask, were they recorded, accepted, if there is no possibility, no equipment, nothing to accurately determine. But they took the money! As a result, time, mood and finances were lost.

I was urgently looking for a window to a dermatologist in all the nearest clinics in the area and one important point was that a 15-year-old teenager should be admitted alone, unaccompanied. Both state institutions and private clinics agreed to accept, but the nearest window was here. I asked the administrator if they would definitely accept it without me, and they confirmed that they would accept it! On the day of the appointment at the reception, another administrator refused to accept the child, citing his age! I had to urgently run there from work , because the issue could not be postponed. The complaint book was not provided, they said write a review and that's it. No one felt it necessary to apologize for the current situation either. By the way, there are no complaints about the doctor. However, I will try not to sign up here anymore.

A useless place.
I came with a specific question about the beginning of hair loss, which was answered by a doctor:
- Transplant or minoxidil.
After 7 months, I went to another doctor, said that I needed to take a set of tests that would help identify the cause and possibly slow down the loss.
I do not recommend visiting this clinic, which did not even want to find out the reason why the hair loss began.

I went to a dermatologist with an acne problem in July. They prescribed a couple of dietary supplements, a pharmacy washbasin and a clintopic dot for a month, after which they told me to come to the cosmetologist for pilling. Following the instructions, I sign up for a peeling in a month, and the cosmetologist sends me at the end of September, since it is impossible to do pilling now. When asked what my next steps are, he gives instructions completely opposite to the words of the dermatologist (clintopic can be used for 16 weeks and applied not pointwise, but on the entire face, otherwise it does not work). When I ask why their installations are so different, I get "read the instructions". Yes, I gave the money for the initial consultation precisely in order to improvise later and not follow the doctor's prescription. Questions:
1. Is the dermatologist lost in a time loop and does not know that it is summer now, when they will not do pilling for me?
2. When will the doctors agree with each other and the treatment process will not consist of useless trips to the clinic and back, but will become really effective?
The score is 0 out of 10, I do not advise anyone to contact the same problem.
