The hotel is well located, the Russian MTS network catches in the room, you can easily call, use WhatsApp and other Internet services. The breakfasts are so-so, you can use this money to have breakfast in outdoor cafes that open early. The room is equipped to a minimum, one chair, there is not at least a small locker for things.
The embankment is within walking distance, it is not a problem to walk to the pedestrian street and the morning market.
