When you decide to to leave from big corporations like me (foreign and local, such as BKNG, YNDX, SBER) and start smght free from employment, you should be prepared that The quality of the services provided and the standards of mutual assistance are falling exponentially. Because I’m not.
This was my first attempt to cooperate with fulfilment company. And the figures above shows it was dramatically bad.
Important thing is the reason I chose Handee because of good reviews from people I know personally.
Cooperation started great and sometimes funny: Manager named “I” (downsized due to personal data) proactively called me for cooperation and it was positive signal to our business relationship. Manager “E” called me Sergey (I am Alex) instead of fact my name was written 2 messages before (it’s just cute fact)
and I have no clue that after a couple of weeks I will quarrel on daily bases.
Instead of spicy details I describe it such as no feedback from mangers. They just stopped to message me and any other cooperation. As I found out later - the reason of this behaviour was the company overloading due to ambitious marketing investments they did in the 1st quarter (and even the season start)
So. This is direct message to Handee founders - it’s not my problem and it’s not for each person work with you.
The only strategy I used to “knock” to managers is the non-stop tagging at the telegram group. Sometimes it works sometimes not, but the interesting case that one day (when they once again promised to ship and did not nothing, even I remaindered twice in one day to do it) I started to DM at 8pm. Without stop - just tag the managers each second until they answered. And manager “I” answered emotionally: “Alex it’s unbearable! We don’t owe you at all!” And this is DM to “I” - When u promise smght - please do it. Instead, ur words are worthless.
This story ending with the 3 nervous weeks of delivery delay, about 100 000 RUB of lost benefit, and decision to write this review
