The awesome smell of coffee right from the doorstep! Cozy room, dimmed lights, comfortable sofas! Gorgeous chandeliers and furnishings! Fragrant coffee, delicious desserts, my favorite matcha with coconut milk! Friendly, and most importantly, the staff who knows my preferences! And they also work from 8 a.m.!

The atmosphere is good, but the service is VERY lame. The guys are pretty poorly versed in the menu, they serve for a long time, the dishes take forever to prepare. I had to wait 40 minutes for the cappuccino. It's very sad.

A wonderful European-style coffee shop. Delicious coffee and friendly baristas. They helped with the outlet and didn't kick us out when we sat and played mobile for 10 hours. Our car broke down and we had to spend so much time in Balkhash. We are glad that we found this place. Thank you!
