Convenient location, close to metro and public transport stops. The room for two is small, has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe. The room is small, but everything is clean and tidy. Room cleaning every day. Coffee, tea, kettle in the room, mini bar for a fee, Cola, Fanta, sprite and mineral water in it. We didn't go into the hammam, we were very tired of walking. The breakfasts are great, and there is a large selection of various products. We went to the nearest cafes for lunch/dinner, but given the excellent breakfast, we mostly made do with dinner. Although small, it is a pleasant modern hotel. The room was small, but the interior was pleasing to the eye. The plumbing is new. The pool is large, warm and shallow. The breakfast is varied. There is a metro station nearby, and a tram stop is a short walk away. There was only one disadvantage-the lack of a heated towel rail and a battery. Heating with an air conditioner. Wet clothes cannot be dried quickly.

Convenient location, near metro and tram stations, a street with food and shops, close to attractions. The rooms are modern, clean enough, the breakfasts are modest, the choice is small, instant coffee, the surprise was that the room is in the basement on the 1st floor, the food is -2, there was a pool -3. View of the wall and ruins. The ventilation pipe was buzzing like hell, I had to ask to be relocated, there was also a view of the courtyard with ruins, but the pipe was not so noisy. Also, the neighbors' infernal audibility. Beautiful lobby with aquariums.

One of the advantages is the location. Nearby are the stations of the green and red metro lines, the marmaray station and the electric train station. There is a tram stop within walking distance. Nearby there is a fish market with numerous fish restaurants, Enikapi beach park on the Marmara Sea coast. The breakfast is good. A small swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Lack of cleaning.

Everything is fine. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, pillows. A good varied breakfast with good coffee, a free mini pool and a hammam downstairs. It's not a great center, but we needed to be right here, because there was a marathon nearby.

We had a rest in this hotel in the summer. Clean, convenient location (near metro and other transport), excellent, very tasty and varied breakfasts, cleaning every day. I recommend it to everyone.

Our most unfortunate experience with the hotel in the last 10 years, probably.
The hotel was booked in ADVANCE for three days and 100% prepaid through the Yandex Travel service.
Upon checking into the hotel, we learned that:
1) The hotel is 100% full and "there are no places".
2) They "don't see" our reservation.
3) They don't "work" with Yandex at all.
At the same time, the staff:
1) Speaks neither English nor Russian and speaks only Turkish.
2) Communication without a hint of customer orientation, without trying to understand the situation and on the verge of rudeness: "We don't see your reservation, so let's say goodbye!"
The result: about 2 hours of clarifying the relationship with Yandex and checking into another hotel.
This hotel gets one point for the level of service and staff and categorically DOES NOT recommend tourists to book rooms there!

Excellent hotel, close to tram stop, metro and supermarkets. Good breakfasts, clean rooms. There are Russian-speaking staff) there is a sauna) at any time of the day you can ask for coffee or tea from the restaurant for free!) Or sit and eat your food at minus one in the canteen ;)

Everything is fine!
The audibility is great, but as I understand it, this is a problem for most hotels. Cleaning every day, everything is very clean. The breakfasts are excellent. The swimming pool, sauna, hammam are free of charge. A good massage.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I recommend it!
