The girl who issued coupons and helped with primary issues, redistributing people around the hall, always tried to level the queues and, moreover, very successfully!
And most importantly 3 managers
Alima, Aigul and Raisa (I even managed to remember) helped even in a very difficult situation with opening a card and a malfunction in the system, while managers in another department sent me to technical support with the phrase "we can't help anything".
In my opinion, there is a very well-coordinated team of professionals working here who will do their job quickly, efficiently and with attention to the client!
