Quickly, politely, efficiently. Unfortunately, there are many difficulties for non-residents, and the bank's employees cannot cope with everything.
Today, the waiting time for receiving the transfer was 2 hours. And even after that, my ticket was missed in the electronic queue. I thought I'd stay the night. The staff is in no hurry at all, taking breaks between visitors. One of the transfers was not issued due to internal instructions from the bank, which cannot be found anywhere. I won't come here anymore, as long as I have a place to spend the night.
