I went to the branch for the moneygram transfer. I am not a client of the bank and I do not intend to. Once again, I was convinced that this decision was correct: to get to the operator, you need to download the application. Which, as it turns out, doesn't even work properly. For the sake of an electronic queue in a completely empty hall.
The staff is polite. The cashier is competent.
The bank sucks.
I liked the service and the designated place for waiting for an electronic queue. There is a card issuing machine. There is visual information on the exchange rates of currencies and precious metals. Isolated cash registers.
The service is good and attentive, but the card for non-residents is made for a very long time in comparison, for example, with Caspi, where it takes probably 10 minutes.
I would like to express my gratitude to the senior manager of Southback, Mairam Kairatovna, for her attentive, delicate and very patient attitude towards clients. She sent my transfers several times. I can note the high professionalism and caring attitude towards people. I wish there were more specialists of this level in the People's Bank.
