- they greatly underestimate the assessment of the collateral, thereby reducing the requested loan amount - they sum up in a word, I do not meet expectations. I had to apply to another bank for the missing amount. Out of the blue, you lose a regular and solvent client.

There are no queues, the cashiers are very competent and polite.I recommend it to everyone, in my opinion this is the best branch of the bank in Almaty.Everything is for the bank's customers.Mortgage managers are professional, competent,attentive and polite.The location is convenient, there is Parking.

I appeal to the administration and to the management of the bank: the steps from the road from Auezov to the bank are made of painted marble or granite. THEY ARE VERY SLIPPERY. The rubber-metal slats, which are now fixed on these steps, do not cope with their task. Just now, after leaving the bank and going down to the taxi on Auezova, we, two elderly adults, almost killed ourselves from the treacherous slipperiness on these steps. Please work on this issue.
Parking nearby is very difficult to find, you will be circling for a long time.... But the branch itself has become much more civilized than it was 3 years ago...

Terrible service, feeling as if I brought money not to the bank, but brought tribute to them. They still haughtily burn over me. They don't explain anything.
