Either this branch of Halyk Bank isn't lucky enough to get smart bank officers or just the whole bank has gone down in the level of service but I was continuously disappointed by my last three or four visits here. And still struggling to resolve a situation caused by bad advice of the bank's HelpLine. But the good thing is that they are open until very late, unlike most other branches.

The service is very slow. We spent a lot of time just to open the card! And then they waited for 20 minutes for the printout of the account opening, they waited, since they started serving another client! No respect for the client's time, is that the case?

Very nice consultants. They speak Russian and Kazakh perfectly, help to understand the application and accounts.
It is a pity that there are very few of them. One consultant per department sometimes.
