The impression is mixed. At the entrance, the administrator did not say hello, did not offer his help. In general, the receptionist looked exhausted, as if she had been working seven days a week for a very long time.
I waited for my turn for a very long time, about 45 minutes. The department was quite dirty.
I put 3 stars at a stretch just for the fact that the department has public Wi-Fi, and the customer service manager was friendly with me.
