all the side streets are covered in mud and cars are waiting for their friends who come with their cars at the exit of the passengers. people can't get through. if you have a car, entering the parking lot is a problem, leaving the parking lot is a separate problem. the disorder is very bad. the streets are muddy with no sidewalks to walk on.
