I took it from them for the first time, shot a video when renting, handed it over without problems, there are no pitfalls, the deposit was returned. I returned the car a little earlier, I looked at everything I wanted. In principle, a week is enough to travel around the whole island slowly. I am happy with the rent. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking VACAP employee, he solved all my questions quickly. I recommend.

I handed over my rocket today! I liked the rental company, the manager answered questions quickly, the car was driven at a strictly appointed time to one area and picked up at my request in another. This was my first experience driving a car in Thailand, the Toyota Yaris car is old and very broken, BUT I needed it for the first time + the rental price is sooooo low, it performed its functions perfectly! There was a not very pleasant smell in the car, so as a bonus, the lease was extended to 18 hours instead of picking up the car at 10 o'clock. I didn't have to wash and vacuum the car, the employees of the rental company do it themselves, I also consider it a plus. I will recommend it to others and use it myself next time.

Great guys. I 've been taking it from them for years . All without cheating . Any cars and motorcycles are available . They gave out a car right at the airport . There is a service for issuing and renting out after hours in any place at the request of the client , which is very very convenient. The administrator is always in touch in Russian and English. The review below surprised me. Probably competitors wrote it . I advise everyone and have a good rest)
