I took tests at your department. 04.04.2025. Today, 04/20/2025 - the tests are not ready. We oriented the readiness for 10-14 days. I took a very important analysis, which is given on certain days of the cycle, since an examination is necessary and one should not waste time based on reviews - I chose your clinic. I'm trying to communicate with the bot that was provided in telegram, I'm leaving a review, but no one has contacted me so far. The money is paid, the analysis is taken, but there is no result. I live in another country and in the review I left contacts to contact me. Now, reading the review from April 09, I'm thinking about how reliable the results of the tests that people receive are.
Please contact me and solve my problem (I don't even know how reliable my test results will be, if they reach me at all, as they are ignored from all sides)
Today is 04/21/2025 and your Telegram bot is responding that no tests have been detected in the last 14 days.
Later, I wrote to the general group, an employee contacted me, and after 2 hours I still got the results.
Decide for yourself whether or not to visit this laboratory, because you will have to fight for your results: you will have to spend a lot of time and nerves.

A new cozy laboratory, clean, comfortable, there is even a toilet. They do a variety of tests, including rare ones that are hard to find here. The equipment is American and German, very precise; reagents seem to be supplied through Belarus (this is all according to the employees). It is possible to get the results via a telegram bot.
The staff is friendly.
As I understand it, Russians are behind the organization, so here you will even be given to sign a contract for the provision of paid medical services (probably for the first time in Uzbekistan, I was given it in a medical institution).
I will write about the quality of the results later.
UPD. The results came on time, they are correct. I took it the day before for comparison in my usual laboratory, the indicators for both are close. The doctor also had no questions for them.

A new clean laboratory, polite and attentive staff, there is even a corner for children. There is a huge list of analyses, there are even rare ones where it is not possible to find everywhere and what is convenient, there are separate packages by category, cheaper than taking them separately. Needles when collecting blood are a butterfly, the process becomes less painful.

The fastest, most unqualified laboratory I've ever had to deal with.
I took a fairly large amount of tests in general, some of them were submitted to haemalab. According to one of the tests, they gave a negative result, although in 2 other laboratories in the last 2 weeks before the test the result was positive. When reporting the incorrect result to the laboratory staff, there was no adequate reaction, the tests were retaken with great difficulty, but there was no point, because even after the repeated tests, accurate measurements were not provided.
I highly recommend not contacting them, I hope the number of low-quality laboratories in the city will not increase, and it would be better if such low-skilled services completely left the market.

It was 05/13/2025. There was no administrator. The nurse took a long time to get my tests, I thought I would never come back here again. It's been a long time, there's no one. Strange. And then, lo and behold, she took the blood painlessly and immediately got into a vein that was not even visible. I'll explain. I have no visible veins. I suffer every time. They pick at my hands, then bruises, it hurts. And then, magically, immediately and painlessly. I was preparing for surgery, so it was a huge list of blood tests. Of course on an empty stomach. And after a while I felt sick, that is, the blood was not fully drawn, the last tube, and I was about to pass out. The nurse is just great. She didn't let me switch off. And then, when I was almost knocked out, she brought me to my senses, even though it was difficult. She laid me down, gave me ammonia to smell, washed me with water. I smiled. She poured me some water. And then she made me hot tea with sugar and gave me bread to eat. I was so grateful. It was all so competent and with a soul. And yet she was the only one in the lab. Amin was not on shift. She is very polite and caring. The girl's name is Nazoket. Thanks a lot to her. I received the tests in the evening, as promised. Judging by the deviations, which I did not expect in some places, everything seems to be correct. The surgery is tomorrow. I hope everything goes well. And God grant this nurse good health. I wish there were more such staff in hospitals.

We were at haemalab kids yesterday, the receptionist is very polite. They gave the child several tests.
On the plus side: The place itself is very clean and new. After the procedure, they gave a gift to their son. He was delighted and so were we. They hit the vein right away. There is a discount for the review.
On the downside: yesterday we were told that the results would come today or tomorrow at most. And so for all the time, within two days, the result of only a general blood test came, the rest of the very necessary results still have not come. I check their telegram bot, but there are no answers. I wrote to them in telegrams, they read it and did not respond. I chose this clinic because of the positive feedback. But unfortunately, I'm not happy with their work. Why say how long it will take for the results to be ready if they are not sent on time.

I also used the service of calling a blood collection at home (for a child). They arrive on time and carefully take tests - for young patients it is very important not to instill fear from childhood because of this procedure 👌🏻
