They wanted to replace the broken glass on the iPhone 5s. The work was done longer than the stated time (instead of 3 hours - 5). When they finally came to pick it up, they faced the fact that when replacing the glass, the display was scratched (very unpleasant, huge, even in the area of the main buttons). In addition, even the glass was not glued, it immediately came off. We agreed to redo the work the next day. For the whole day, they managed to change the stelko normally, and for a scratch, they offered us to answer on our own. I.e., they scratched the display during repair and instead of changing it at their own expense and fixing their jamb, they replied that "it happens" and "no one complains." I highly recommend not using the services of this stall-level office in the radio market.
