The hall has a cannon bomb on 2 floors, there is even an elevator, apparently, so that even after a day of legs there is an opportunity to go down), everything is cool in the gym, but I would like a couple more horizontal exercise bikes and a normal place for standing, because now the racks are located right in front of the exit from the stairs and at the same time the passage further down the hall and if you do the exercise is blocking the passage. The fan that is near the reception area does not inspire confidence, it wobbles very terribly when working (there is no such thing with the rest). Please add shelves for water/ phone in the area where there is a water fountain, men's locker room and stairs. I have to put everything on the floor
The gym wasn't big. They won't turn around, especially when they lunge. One horizontal bar and then on a gravitron, one butterfly. And it is better to replace the yellow exercise machines, they are somehow "wooden". There is no place for a stand, 2 living benches, and they are also budget-friendly (without insurance and neck height adjustment).
In general, it seems that the gym was made more for girls.
There really aren't enough shelves for phones. The Internet does not work on the second floor, you have to download music, in general, like on the first floor, the Internet is not the best. A strange decision to make toilets outside the changing rooms. I wish they'd put a sink in the locker room to wash my hands.
Impressions after almost a month of visiting this hall:
1. It's cramped. If the ground floor space is OK. The second one is just tin. As they wrote here, making a Romanian or a police officer in a narrow passage a little more than a meter is still a pleasure. Or a dumbbell press on a bench, where someone is doing swings over your head. There is constant tension so that no one catches you.
2. Ventilation. Even now, in winter, the gym is stuffy and hot in some places (the second floor is a dumbbell zone near the stairs, the first is under the stairs, and there is more). What will happen in the summer heat?
3. One faucet with water. There's almost always a queue there in the evening. And you can stand in it for 10 minutes.
4. The location of some simulators (I did a chest press. If you want to go to the butterfly, go down the stairs, go through the floor of the gym to see what's busy there and then go back to the dumbbells on top).
Because of all this, a workout that takes 1 hour 35-40 minutes in other gyms in this gym is at least 1 hour 50 minutes, or even two hours.
The exercise equipment, which is black and yellow, and the benches are not comfortable, rigid, and lack adjustments.
The locker room is also cramped. It's a strange desire to cram so many lockers, if at least half of the people come to the gym, then you just can't get through there. If someone is using a hair dryer, and someone is changing clothes, then you can't go to the locker room.
There are also almost no shelves in the hall where you can put water or put your phone. I have to put it on the floor.
One of the advantages is the 3+1 or 6+2 share price.
Everything that was written below has already been corrected)
Added shelves in the hall
There is a shower and toilet for m and W
They improve and add something every day.
If it doesn't arrive during rush hour, it's comfortable.
There really isn't enough space.
It's also very annoying to hear the hoods squeaking (or what is it?) On the second floor. It's difficult to study there without headphones, it puts pressure on the brain. 🤪
The administration and the coaches are pleasant, they will always tell you if you contact them.
Minuses:
1. It's stuffy when the hall is 40% busy.
2. The promised group classes are a prop. There is no Pilates, yoga, or stretching here. There is one loop in the warm-up room. Group classes here are understood as group exercises on simulators with a trainer.
3. Hangers are uncomfortable, they fall apart into two parts, and after training you don't want to play this Tetris game at all.
4. The gym is dirty due to ill-conceived logistics. Everyone walks through the gym in dirty shoes from the street, because the locker room is at the back of the gym, and to get to it, you walk in outerwear, through people who are engaged. Of course they put shoe covers on, but who puts them on?))) Nobody. I came with my sneakers washed, and the soles after class looked like I'd come from the street.
5. Do you always struggle with the turnstile at the entrance, is it child protection?
6. The smell of rubber coverings complements the stuffiness.
7. They didn't peel off the labels from the corners of the columns, did you leave them so that if people have any questions about where to buy it, they would know?
8. The Internet seems to be jammed on purpose so that coaches can be charged for 40p.
9. Sorry, but a coach for 40p is really too much, will he do the training for me? Or will I get an athletic figure after 1 workout with him? It costs 10p +- to work out in the gym, and the coach costs 40p🫠
10. It's cramped, you're constantly watching so as not to hook anyone.
11. There are no shelves, the towel used to wipe the face is placed on the simulator, on the floor, and on the shells before that. 12. There is no toilet, but there is a shower. Guess what happens when someone who is not very well-mannered really wants to go to the bathroom.
13. The ellipsoids stand so that they look at the treadmills. I've noticed more than once how men stare at girls on these treadmills. Why can't you turn them to the mirror?
Of the advantages:
1. New exercise equipment
2. The cost of large
PS subscriptions. Now I regret that I bought a big subscription. I would leave for a month and return to Adrenaline, to a clean gym with a large selection of group classes (
A good gym, 2 floors, enough exercise equipment, at 1 p.m. it was comfortable for people, by the evening, like everywhere else, I think there will be a lot of people)
There are showers, clean, polite and good receptionist)
Excellent location - 5 minutes from the Vostok metro station
The worst gym in my life.
1. Some simulators do not have a normal weight designation, instead of the usual designations in kilograms, they simply have numbers like "11,12,13" and so on. What weight is meant by these terms is known only to God.
2. It's cramped. From the outside, it looks like a spacious and comfortable two-story hall, but in fact there is not much space.
3. Some equipment is as cheap and inconvenient as possible. As an example, I can give a vertical block and a butterfly. In principle, it is impossible to sit down adequately for a vertical block. The butterfly is just wooden, it does not have a normal adjustment of the position of the handles, i.e. there is no usual designation of the position in numbers, you just have to guess by eye whether the handles are symmetrically mounted.
I can only recommend this gym to fitness ladies as a good photo zone, but rather than focus on results, it's better to avoid this miscarriage of capitalism on the other side.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to evaluate the hall: they turned it around right at the entrance with the words "You are not 18, we cannot let you in without the written consent of your parents" (I was born in 2007, 18 months later). It wasn't written about it either in the app or on the website, and even when I entered the date of birth, no warning was given to me. It's a funny enough situation, but if I was driving from the other side of the city?))
I advise you to introduce at least some kind of warning so that it would be noticeable, and people would not waste their time on the trip and turning back home.
The room is stuffy, the air conditioners are not working. The temperature is 24C in the morning. I think it will be more like a sauna in the evening. The simulators are "wooden", without additional adjustments. There is no toilet or washbasin in the locker room, only showers. This is the first time I've seen such an arrangement
The hall is not bad, but it urgently needs to expand and do something with ventilation, especially on the second floor! If the hall is so stuffy now, then it's scary to imagine what will happen in the summer.
