We visited Guardamar in August 2023 and so liked the hospitality, cozy atmosphere, kind attitude, beautiful courtyard, well-equipped kitchen, gazebo, detached playhouse for children, sports equipment, trampoline, from the fact that everything is wonderful, we visited it again in July this year. Special thanks to Anna and Zinaida for the kind atmosphere, cleanliness and comfort.

We are coming for the 2nd time, everything is fine! Super service! Excellent breakfasts, 3 minutes walk to the sea! In terms of comfort, it cannot be compared with Sochi! Ironed linen, Italian plumbing, friendly atmosphere! There are no people on the beach compared to Sochi. The sea is cleaner! We will definitely come back!

We stayed at the hotel from August 14 to 24, 2024. We liked everything!!! The territory is very clean, every fallen leaf is cleaned, the sidewalks are washed, there is a barbecue area, a playground, pomegranates grow, persimmons!!! Everything in the room corresponds to the request, there are mosquito nets on the windows, the air conditioner is silent, the chandelier with a fan was very pleased (we used it at night) The bed linen is cotton, white, the towels are white, everything was changed after 5 days, the shower is large,comfortable! The room is cleaned daily, thanks to Nadezhda! We ordered breakfast for a fee, thanks to Zinaida, everything is delicious (2 kinds of porridge, cheesecakes, pancakes, cottage cheese casserole)The beach is 2-3 min. in a straight line, without lapels. The beach is pebbly , wide, there is a rental of sun loungers, (the hotel provides beach umbrellas), there are a lot of people, but all are located freely from each other (not like in Adler- sprats in a barrel) There are bananas, pills,jet skis, pleasure catamarans on the beach, an excursion boat along the coast of Abkhazia every day! Anna, thank you!!!I have a great desire to come to you again!!! The city of Perm is Olesya and Vitaly.

We had a family vacation in July-August 2024. The hotel is just a bomb!!! Anna, the hostess of the hotel, is a person with a big heart, responsive, kind. She has order, cleanliness, comfort. We rested and did not think about everyday problems!!! Comfort is above praise. This is the only way to relax with children!!! We will definitely come again. We have already started planning a vacation and it will only be here and for longer. thank you!!!!

We have been vacationing in Guardemar for 4 years now. This is the best hotel, I definitely recommend it!!! With children-the best! Anna is a wonderful person, whatever happens on vacation, you can safely rely on the hostess, she will help and sort everything out! This is the most relaxing and hassle-free vacation, and with young children it is very important! The breakfasts are excellent, the cleanliness is 5 stars, the beautiful territory and a nice uncluttered beach!

This guest house fully lives up to its name. It is really built by people and for people.
Modern, cozy, well-maintained, laid out on a closed territory, with a green lawn and a pedestrian zone paved with tiles, fragrant, colorful roses, a spacious gazebo, a barbecue area, a play pavilion for children, a fitness area.
The spacious rooms are equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, TV, fan), modern design, cute additions in the form of decorative bouquets, paintings, floor lamps, snow-white bed linen, towels.
Everything is decorated with great taste and love for visitors and their comfortable stay at the hotel (laundry, storage room for pilaf.parking lots, etc.).
Great breakfasts, homemade, hearty, healthy with exotic jams, jam, natural yogurt.

We had a rest in September 2022. We highly recommend it to families with children.
This year we will go in August, also with children, we didn't even look for other places, we immediately wrote to Anna and booked a room with her.
We took breakfast, everything was very satisfying and delicious. Cottage cheese casserole with homemade Feihua jam is just a bomb 🥰
There is a large SEPARATE play pavilion for children under the cameras! My daughter went there to play, and we were not worried that she would leave the territory or get lost - no outsider would just enter the territory of the guest house, and just not get out. Trampoline, sports ground, barbecue (fried fish), swing - everything is there for a great holiday!
The sea is 5-7 minutes away, if you go a little further to the Lagoon in the morning, you can grab the sandy coast.
We really liked everything! There are shops nearby, the assortment is certainly not hypermarkets, but everything you need is there.
