This company was chosen based on the experience of friends. We arrived for measurements quickly. A draft of the future ceiling was made right on the spot and the cost was calculated. We signed the contract right away - because the price was the most pleasant on the market. We agreed that the installation would be done by phone, because we were still waiting for the lamps. A month later, we contacted the manager, and after 3 days, the installers arrived at our place. The entire apartment (about 45m) was done in a day. We arrived at exactly 9:00 a.m., as promised. We talked about all the nuances (we had a lot of complicated knots). During the installation, the specialists constantly cleaned (swept) themselves. After all the installation, everything was vacuumed! That's a big plus!
There was one sad moment - they forgot to make a curtain rod for tulle on the balcony. The measurer forgot to register this initially (But this problem was solved in a day! Which also deserves a special like! Literally the next morning, the missing parts arrived and everything was done!
In general, the result is as follows. The ceiling is in place, there are no questions, the people are top! We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts

I will say this, I am a very picky woman, so I asked the manager a lot of questions, before choosing and placing an order, she listened to all my wishes, placed an order, and sent a measurer to me. A wide range of colors. I chose a matte white one for the kitchen, with access to a regular chandelier, and a two-level one for my room - white and burgundy. She also indicated the location of the fixtures. The installers are good guys, they did everything right, I have nothing to complain about. Now I have beauty.

We took a long time to repair the ceilings, at first we tried to do it ourselves — we bought the material, read the instructions and started. Everything seemed to start fine, but at some point we realized that we were not coping. There are air bubbles somewhere, and irregularities somewhere. In the end, they just spat and decided to turn to professionals.
We came across this company, called, and it became clear during the measurement that we had chosen the right people. They explained everything correctly to us and showed us how the ceiling would look in our room.
The installation was generally comfortable. We did everything quickly enough, the debris was removed after installation, and the surface was cleaned. It feels like the team is experienced.
In general, we are very glad that we did not continue to make the ceilings ourselves. The result was an order of magnitude better!

In any case, do not order anything here. I voiced all my complaints to the director, but it's like hitting a wall with peas. In fact:
1. Organizational issues. According to the contract, you must be contacted one day before installation. Of course, no one will contact you and you will call and find out for yourself when they deign to come to you.
2. Price: overprice by market, for film from China. It's my fault, I was too lazy to monitor the market
3. Dirt:They promised to rent the apartment in its original form, as a result, the apartment was ruined so that half a day had to be washed. But as the director said: everyone has their own understanding of clean jobs))
4. Carelessness: scratched a brand new kitchen for $ 7000. They repeatedly hinted to me that this was the case. Of course, I have nothing to do...order a ceiling for 5k BYN and a kitchen for 7k $, then try to repair a scratch at someone's expense. They sent a "restorer" who anointed the scratch with a chalk that did not match the color and the whole solution to the problem.
5. Froze. There are aggressive sales of unnecessary junk and collective farms to inflate the overdraft to the skies. I refused everything except additional lighting, although I did not initially plan and did not output the wiring. The measurer said that there were no problems at all. As a result, the installers began to talk about dancing with a tambourine, which they expect me to do if they make this backlight. He refused. They were supposed to refund the money, but of course they didn't.
6. Dishonesty. The owner promised that they would refund the money and contact me, but of course no one contacted me. Exactly one month has passed. The man said and the man did - these are two different men. I attach the proof to the review.
PS: of course, I will not become impoverished and I restored the kitchen for myself at my own expense, but I hope that the more such honest and fair reviews there are, the sooner this business will be sold to this office....
