the hotel is very beautiful and modern, the best in appearance that I have ever seen in Pitsunda! inside the room there is a TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, slippers, on the first day they put tea and bottled water, but they did not add more. the softest bed is large, two blankets and a view of the park, there is an exit to the mini courtyard where you can hang things on the dryer. there is a cute cat walking nearby, it really asks to go inside)
of the cons: they did not add tea and water, they did not remove garbage from the table, which was absolutely obviously garbage. a bunch of empty bottles were also not thrown away. and in general, they did not come with cleaning every day, even if we left the room on time.
otherwise, everything is fine, the staff is pleasant, the room is very beautiful, there is free Wi-Fi, it is not very long to go to the sea, there is a grocery store nearby

A new, stylish, beautiful hotel in the center of Pitsunda.
We really liked it.
High ceilings, designer renovation, snow-white linen, technical equipment (Smart TV, air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer), cosmetic kits, large, beautiful bathroom, spacious balcony, daily cleaning, linen change every 5 days.
Nice staff, all the girls
are great.
Within walking distance (2-5 minutes) there are good restaurants and cafes (Apsara, Black Sea, Yummy). Olymp supermarket is 7 minutes away.
The hotel is located on the 2nd coastline, the road to the beach goes along the cypress alley or along the Pitsunda Nature Reserve and takes 10-20 minutes, depending on where you want to swim: in the bay or behind the cape. Entrance to the beach is paid - 80 rubles / person per day.
To summarize: the hotel is wonderful, provided that you are ready for a walk to the beach.
Requests to the hotel administration: add hangers to the closet and hooks to the bathroom. What is available is very lacking.
The Gum Hotel is my 100% recommendation.

A new European-level hotel, even with electronic locks in the rooms. Surprisingly, they work when there is a power outage, which happens often. Spacious halls shining with cleanliness. In the rooms, however, the presence of people is already noticeable on the light gray carpet laid on top of a rough concrete screed. The original towel dryer, mounted in the wall. But the hooks on the tape do not hold the robes. The staff is friendly, but you can worry about the daily cleaning of the rooms

Hello. We stayed at the hotel at the end of August 2024. The hotel is new, of course everything is clean, the plumbing is working, there is no smell of sewage, the light was uninterrupted, the bed was comfortable, the sofa was also soft (sleeping comfortably, sofas are usually disgusting as an additional place, but here it's just good). We cleaned almost every day, but the cleaning is superficial, keep in mind that shampoo, gel, soap, tea, water are given only once upon arrival (I think that for such a hotel and for such money it could be replenished every day). A huge plus for us personally is that the SILENCE in the hotel, you couldn't hear anyone, you could sleep even with the windows open! It's a long way to the beach for us, the entrance is paid. The street to the hotel is not lit . Keep in mind that you may get "mines" from cows . There are a lot of dogs in packs, they swing to the beach, they lie on the streets or near the dining room, I'm generally afraid of dogs, so it scared me. We ate only at the yummy cafe, in principle it is not so far away. The memories of the hotel and the place are still good. I recommend.

I really liked it. The hotel is new, everything is modern, stylish, cozy. It stands in a quiet place, surrounded by pine trees.
The staff is attentive and polite. Special thanks to the administrator of Naala, who helped in solving all the issues that arise.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
All shops, cafes, restaurants, canteens, markets, grove, everything you need is nearby.
We recommend it!

I liked the hotel. We stayed there from 07/31.24 to 08/8.24 with a family of 3 people in room 206. The room has 1 double bed, 1 sofa, a large spacious wardrobe and an entrance group of furniture, TV, air conditioning, mini fridge. I was pleased with the spacious bathroom and balcony (there was a dryer, a table and 2 chairs). The Windows overlook some kind of garden, but for us it was a plus - we listened to birds in the morning)))
Fans of the evening promenade will appreciate the location. There are many good cafes, shops, a pharmacy and a road to the central beach nearby.

I have vacationed in Pitsunda several times, this year we visited the new Guma hotel for the first time. Excellent location, courteous staff. I would like to thank the administrator of Naala separately, organized an appointment for excursions, solved all household issues. In the room there is a hairdryer, bathrobes, one-time slippers, gel, shampoo. Cleaning was done regularly. The hotel is very bright and clean. I want to come here again. I recommend it!!!!

The hotel is new, clean, and beautiful. We had a suite on the 1st floor with access to the terrace. The room is spacious. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, glasses, bathrobes. Tea, coffee, water, shampoos and shower gels ONLY UPON ARRIVAL! Keep this in mind. The sea is 900 meters away through the checkpoint of the defense industry, although 450 was initially announced. For us, this is far away, while you go 2 times a day to the sea and back with children, circles, vests and damp towels 4 km, you don't really want to go for a walk anymore. Not far from the hotel is the Olympus store and the market. Wishes to the hotel management - for you these are small things, but for tourists it is important - add these unfortunate gels and shampoos daily!

We had a rest in early July 2024. The room was in a cottage. The location of the hotel is ideal, a quiet street surrounded by pine trees.
About the cons- there was a lot of humidity in the room, but friends had ok. The water and lights were turned off a couple of times, but it does not depend on the hotel, this is a common occurrence in Abkhazia. When our air conditioner broke down, it was repaired very quickly, within a couple of hours. The hotel is really cool, but with the replacement of linen and towels, I would like to do it more often.
Everything you need is there- a refrigerator, a kettle, but there is not enough hair dryer - it is not there, you need to take it with you.
But the tables on the street, where it is cozy to have breakfast, dinner, and just relax, are very good.
Thanks to the owners and staff. It is recommended for future tourists.

Excellent modern hotel, good repair, lighting, working hair dryer, which is important. I liked everything, the room was cleaned every day, the linen was snow-white, clean, smart TV, which turned out to be a rarity in hotels in Abkhazia. There is a barbecue area on site. Good location, everything is nearby - shops, beach, bus stop, market.

Great new hotel!!!!Everything is in a modern style, Light, hot and cold water have always been there, there were no problems.There is a change of linen and towels.Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and gel are provided for each guest.There is a kettle in the room and water for it, tea and coffee 3 in 1. The rooms have a balcony where you can sit in the evening and relax.The room is cleaned daily.I really liked everything!!!The lobby is cool, clean, and bright.The air conditioner in the room never failed, it worked.It is not far to the sea, there is a restaurant and many cafes nearby.Guided tours can be purchased at the hotel.Now only here!!!

very nice hotel, check-in was quick. towels were changed, cleaning was carried out. it was a little unclear when cleaning, when empty boxes and garbage were left on the table, but they were not taken away or cleaned. I would also like to add a shelf for shampoos and other accessories to the shower. They haven't updated the tea or washed the mugs yet.
there was no food, but there are grocery stores and cafes nearby in huge numbers.

The newest hotel! Beautiful, clean, stylish, very friendly staff, we enjoyed our time there. There is a barbecue area. Hello everyone We returned from Abkhazia, rested in early June 2024, at the Guma hotel! We were among the first in this hotel, and in 10 days we were completely delighted with both Abkhazia and the hotel! The beautiful modern style of the hotel, the beautiful girls at the reception, the cool host! There are no complaints, everything is clean, bright, rooms with air conditioning, refrigerators, TVs, large balconies! A swimming pool and a summer kitchen are planned in the future! To the beach on the territory of the boarding house, 5 minutes on foot along the beautiful cypress alley (entrance 80p). But it's not a pity, you'll understand everything when you get there. The beach is small pebbles, very clean, dolphins swim every day in the evening, there are sun beds (as luck would have it, we got them for free), many small food outlets. From the local cafes next to the hotel, we give a bold five to the Black Sea institution. We visited Gagra, Mount Athos, Sukhumi, the white cliffs, and the Ritz. Beautiful views, nature and people!!! Abkhazia is not Turkey, it has its own flavor and beauty!!!

The reason why we were not checked in upon arrival is not the occupancy of the room by guests, but the lack of bed linen available!!!! How's that?? And everything is very shabby, there is no breakfast at the hotel - you need to look for a cafe in the area, but there is a scary place in the area! Unsanitary conditions... We are very sorry that we came with the children. Never set foot in Abkhazia again. There was a sincere desire to go home, the children cried and asked to go home... This is our first time.

The hotel is new, very nice, BUT!!!!!! The attitude of the staff is boorish!!!! Disgusting girl at the reception, does not consider people to be people!!!! Rude, yelling, snapping, extremely aggressive!!!! I am vacationing with an elderly mother, and unfortunately, I will have to endure the boorish behavior of this lady for a few more days, since we paid for our accommodation a month before arrival. Holidays in Abkhazia are spoiled by obvious and completely undisguised disrespect for guests, neither the elderly nor the young! I do not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone! If you want to relax comfortably and in a friendly atmosphere, choose another hotel.
