We lived in July 2022. The hosts, Tatiana and Nikolai, are friendly. The territory is large, well-maintained, hammocks, swings, there is a trampoline for children. We lived in a 3-bed comfort room with shower and toilet in the room + air conditioning, cost us 1700. There is a summer kitchen, you can cook by yourself, you can order breakfast, lunch, dinner from Tatiana, delicious, the portions are large. The road to the sea is 1.5 km, 15 minutes on foot, did not bother us. There is a bus stop nearby (minibuses go to Pitsunda, Gagra, PSOU, fish factory) and shops. The sea is clean, calm, and there are pine trees on the beach.

The hosts are hospitable, good people. The food is delicious, inexpensive. It's a little far from the sea (we walked for 20 minutes), but the price is right. We took an economy room, a toilet and a bathroom for two rooms, a fan. The room is not hot, there are no mosquitoes, the territory is well maintained.
