The rooms are clean, the beds are ironed, the amenities in the room, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. The hotel has its own dining room with a very charming Armen 💋

It's a beautiful place. Bella is a very good hostess. May God grant her health and prosperity to the guest house. Excellent rooms and service, magnificent grounds. Thanks! The location is one of the best in Ldzaa among the Pitsunda pine trees. A peaceful atmosphere. We drive ourselves and recommend it to our friends. I recommend it!

A wonderful place, wonderful staff, delicious food, a great beach nearby.
But it's better to replace the mattresses in the rooms, if you weigh more or less a lot, then just fall through them. Otherwise, the rooms are without comments, there are cool TVs with excellent signal, and there is also a cool garden with all kinds of fruit trees in the Wave)
