We had a rest in September 2024. I really liked Adam's hotel. The territory is beautiful, clean and cozy. The staff and hosts are wonderful, helpful, friendly. The pool is large and clean. The rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, TV, kettle, mugs, hair dryer. They clean every day, change towels every 3 days. There is a dining room on site, the food there is very tasty. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. Who goes on vacation to Abkhazia, I heartily recommend this hotel.

We had a family vacation in August 2024.The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.The territory is very well maintained, there is an excellent swimming pool in the yard, a trampoline for children, sun beds, swings.There is a dining room on site, where food is for every taste, the prices are normal.The hosts are very hospitable.Somehow I was lucky with the neighbors, no one was drinking until the morning, everything was quiet, decent.5-7 minutes to the sea.walking.I advise everyone to stay in a guest house"At Adam's, you won't regret it!!!

We had a rest from July 23 to July 30, 2024. The 4x room is small, there is no water pressure in the shower, it is difficult to wash, cleaning was every day. The owners are normal, I liked the manager Olga the most - she is a pure-hearted person, we communicated with her as if we had known each other all our lives. The sea is not far away. We had payment only for breakfast - I didn't like it, the porridge is very sweet, the pancakes with meat are also sweet. The cook is always unhappy, it's better not to ask her anything. The territory is 4*, there is a village and mud behind the fence, the beach is dirty. There were more expectations, but it turned out less.
