The excellent location of the guest house in the very center of the Sukhumi embankment, near the famous Nartaa, our window just looked out into the courtyard of the cafe, it was not noisy. Wonderful responsive hosts. Cleaning was carried out once a week, bed linen and towels were also changed once a week. The room is cozy, has everything you need for living: a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a TV with Russian channels, a large bed with a comfortable mattress, a heater (we had a rest in September - October, it was not useful to us). We were very satisfied, we will come back again. Book in advance! Good luck and prosperity to the owners

We were in September. I really liked the hotel. And the place. And the owners. We recommend it to all our friends. There are already those who have used the recommendation. We were satisfied.

I really liked the location of the guest house, right on the waterfront. There are many parks within walking distance. The suite is beyond praise, a gorgeous view from the balcony. Responsive to the owners. I recommend.
