We stayed at this place for five days. I liked everything very much, the attitude towards the guests and the atmosphere of comfort. The room is comfortable and clean, everything you need is present. We will definitely come here again!

To say that we are shocked... We booked a house in this place for 4300 and a room for 3900, for this money we received - not a well-groomed territory, mosquitoes in the room, ants in the bed, no hair dryer, broken steps, the door does not open, the room is not cleaned, smelly water, windows have not been washed since the time of construction, everything is in poor condition... During the season, only 2 houses and 2 rooms lived here with us. One family arrived, spent the night and left, they refused to return the money, they will sue, because they ordered through the tour operator. I gave 1 star only for a good park nearby and the sea is close.

We rested in these cottages. The staff is polite. Cleaning on demand. There is a shared kitchen. The territory is not particularly surrounded by greenery. The cottages themselves are hastily put together and "on the dump." The toilet and shower are combined. There are no shower curtains. The water is stinky. It's like she's being pumped from the sewer. I had to bring fresh water.
The air conditioner is set low. And so the second floor was not cooled. From the heated roof, it was so hard to stay. The air conditioner blows on the bed.
Two sockets. The refrigerator is connected to one. The second one is behind the sofa.
In short, tours of such money to these chicken coops are not worth it.

A place for three to sleep will go. The sewer stinks terribly, the water is very bad. The audibility of the neighbors is at the highest level. An additional place is a clamshell with springs that dig into the body. There is also no record of which number is occupied. There was a case that we did not close the door, as we took our personal belongings with us - the room was rented to other people.. There is no place for ironing clothes, a hairdryer only if you ask the admins who do not know Russian. Windows can be opened from the street and anyone can do it and get into the room if desired through the window. The only plus is the territory and gazebos. And I don't recommend it this way.

I really liked the hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The rooms are small and unpretentious, but at the same time there is a cozy common patio for relaxing with a kitchen under a canopy and a children's corner. We rested for 7 days, we got used to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We took a fumigator with us from insects, so they didn't bother us at all. A minute's walk from the hotel is a park with a chic equipped free beach and Wi-Fi throughout the "KATEPARK".

We just returned from a vacation in this complex. We were very satisfied! We took a house for four (two adults, two children). The children were comfortable on the second floor, and we were comfortable on the ground floor. The house is clean, cozy, cleaning on request, there were no interruptions with water and light. The location of the complex is excellent: 3 minutes walk to the sea, near the city equipped beach with sun loungers, cabins, cafe, dining room and bar. Shops, cafes near the complex, a 15-minute walk to the market or 150 rubles by taxi.

We rested in August 2021, everything is fine, quiet, calm, 3 minutes to the sea. Cooking is independent, there is everything for it. The administrator is a wonderful person. I recommend it to families with children......

We had a rest in July 2023 .The rest was ruined as soon as we stopped at these houses. Before renting a house, you first clean it up, remove the cobwebs, put a hood in the bathroom and much more. The territory is beautiful, but the housing is terrible, we couldn't live there, we had to leave. I don't recommend it.

The lights were cut off five times, we sat and waited several times for three hours. Bed linen and towels were changed once, toilet paper was given without question. There are two washing machines in a separate building, they can be washed for 200 rubles. There is a place to park the car. There is a veranda where you can eat your own food, as well as a kettle, stove, sink, slow cooker, ping pong table, children's slide, swing. The audibility is excellent: you can hear every step and who is talking about what. Of course, everyone in this cottage complex has caught rotavirus (you can hear a neighbor throwing up through the wall) The staff is friendly. It is impossible to leave and enter the territory after 12, the door is closed. The guard is good, he hardly sleeps. It's pretty on the outside, in fact it's just tin. In general, the vacation is spent, money and time too. They wanted to move out, but the money was not returned to us. I don't advise anyone.

Our wonderful vacation here is coming to an end - July 2021. Ideal location: the sea is less than 5 minutes away, and the beach here is in a park, equipped with cafes, canopies, sun loungers, umbrellas. Shops, several cafes to choose from, a market within walking distance. Hospitable, caring hosts, clean and well-groomed territory. There is a kitchen, you can cook, it's nice to sit in the evening with a glass of wine in the common area. WiFi, hot water, light without interruption.
