We lived here together for a week at the end of February 25. In this residence, each "apartment" has its own owner, but the cost of living is about the same. We booked through Booking with a 50% prepayment no later than one month in advance. The money was transferred through the Golden Crown. The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon arrival. Moreover, on the day of arrival, the hostess warned that she had canceled the booking at the Booking Office, apparently in order not to pay commissions to the aggregator. 3 stars - because the modest furnishings, uncomfortable, creaking bed, TV without Russian channels and constantly malfunctioning, poor stove and lack of dishwasher. One big plus is that it's cheap. Probably 2 times cheaper than living in Gudauri. The surprise was that the lift could be reached on foot along the path past the Deca Hotel, about 15 minutes, but uphill, with two or three stops. But the plankers could go back down on their own. The nearest shop is about a 15-minute walk along the road towards Gudauri. There had been a heavy snowfall the day before and the parking lot near the residence had not been cleaned for several days. There was little room to park the car. Some, even Jeeps, got stuck. I had to dig myself out and push myself out with my hands.
