Disappointed with the rest🥲
Very poor management at the hotel, absolutely boorish staff, restaurant prices are 2 times more expensive, not an adequate price for drinks, mediocre spa. The first time I was so disappointed in the hotel, everything is beautiful in the pictures and the reviews don't seem to be bad, but the rooms are small, with Ikea lamps, without a hood, windows don't open, a hotel with such rooms, poorly cleaned and managed is as much as 3*. Not a convenient entrance on a slippery steep, rubbish-strewn road, spontaneous Parking.
Be prepared that you will be kicked out of the spa area, show the clock that it's time for you to make comments. This is the first time I've met such a traveler with experience. Which was so not cozy and so NOT hospitable. It is not typical for Georgia. I do not recommend it!!! It's not worth the money! Of the advantages, there is not a bad lobby and a swimming pool on the street, which is in the spa, but there is disgusting staff, as in the USSR in a boarding house.
Before that, KAZBEGI Rooms were heaven and earth. Perfect rooms, gorgeous views, lobby, spa with mountain views and well-trained staff, reasonable prices and very tasty breakfasts, the price is 20% cheaper.
We were shocked by how much the cost does not correspond to reality! We paid 125 thousand rubles for 2 nights. We got a small room for them, without the main lighting! Everything is the cheapest, it couldn't be easier!
The soap in the bathroom was already used, and the simplest gels and shampoos were used for washing.

Well, it's a 2-star hotel level. And two stars shouldn't cost that much.
Only the lobby is beautiful and decorated. And it just looks stylish, but it's clear that everything is also made from the cheapest materials.
The travel agent promised that there would be a direct exit from the hotel to the ski lifts. Yes, indeed, but it turned out that this is the lowest lift on which you will climb the fastest route of the resort. To ride on good trails with views, it takes about an hour to climb from the hotel to them.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but it should cost 5 times less for its level.
We couldn't take off because of the drones, after waiting for more than 12 hours at the airport, we decided not to fly anywhere, because the rest was planned to be small anyway, everything would have turned out to be blurred and meaningless. We immediately wrote to the hotel, they told us that they would go to a meeting and we could change the booking dates by the end of March. On the same day, I wrote to them about the change of dates, there was no response, I duplicated the message the next day and only on the third day in the morning I received a reply in which it was written, but the dates cannot be understood because it was necessary to do this day after day (when I wrote the first letter to which I was not answered) in the end, I did not It was our fault that the money was burned. It's very sad, because we really wanted to go to this hotel, we were advised by friends and acquaintances.
