The water was not changed in a timely manner. Everyone cleaned up, which is a plus. There's a cafe on the ground floor where the food is disgusting. After the first hike, my friend and I had a stomach ache. Everything is greasy, fried and not with a soul. Russian Russians have a strange attitude, they can ignore and not communicate in Russian, on purpose.

Excellent location, cozy rooms. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent cuisine and pleasant prices. Responsive staff. I really liked the fact that the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle. There is a lift nearby. The nearby hotel has a small but cozy spa.
