A great and warm hotel! The rooms are clean, and there is cleaning every day. You can always have a delicious meal in the restaurant. 5-7 minutes walk to the ski lift. The owner of the hotel will help you with any questions. This is the third year we have been staying at this hotel!

Very friendly host!
The hotel is located near the ski lifts. Equipment can be rented near the lift, and there is no need to carry it with you every day.
The choice of food allowed me to live for 5 days without going to the store.

This is a great hotel! There are even rooms with a glass wall in the shower, you can admire the mountains and take a bath! The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food! And the hospitality of the staff and the owner himself exceeds all possible expectations!!! George (the owner), like a real magician, can even provide you with passage on roads blocked for all others!!! I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay, as it will make your stay super comfortable and will be remembered for a lifetime!!! 👍👍👍

We stayed at this hotel during the holidays from 12/31/2023 to 01/4/2024. Excellent location: the ski area is close (3 minutes by car to the lifts, you don't have to go to the upper Gudauri), picturesque mountains on all sides, the hotel is slightly hidden from human sight and is located in a small exit from the road, as a result, cars and other vacationers do not interfere with your comfort.
Special thanks to the bartender David for the work from the heart and Sergey (the reception, unfortunately, is no longer working).
Delicious breakfasts, a new hotel, clean rooms, nice people, evening entertainment, sauna.

A very warm and cozy hotel, an unreal bathhouse where you can steam after the mountain, and then dive into the snow. Delicious and hearty breakfasts, but all dishes are served without meat, so to speak, proper nutrition. The hotel is located near the Suliko ski lift, a five-minute walk away. If you want a homely atmosphere, then be sure to come here.
