For a set of Abkhazian cuisine of 12 items, seven were brought to us, of which yesterday's warmed bread with cheese was served instead of khachipuri, the rest of the dishes except hominy were impossible to eat because of the huge amount of hot pepper. They burned my mouth. They ate a spoonful of hominy, ate a cracker instead of khachipuri and left. The most delicious they had was tea for 290r.

1) we ordered Chegem wine, we were told that it was over (it had to be bought at a nearby store and served to the customer)
2) we ordered beer but waited for it for a long time (we would have served it a little earlier, we would have drunk 6 more bakals, and this is a lost profit).
3) there is no function to call the waiter (you need to wait until she comes around or call her through the whole establishment or even worse, follow her).
4) we ordered 3 dishes (one was served first and the others after 25 minutes). The order of a company of three people needs to be undermined all together, otherwise one eats two look, then vice versa.
5) we ordered 3 glasses of beer again (we waited for it for almost 30 minutes, and the appetite disappeared). At first we drank without snacks, then we ate without booze.

to begin with, the waiter behaved a little boorishly, as if he was making inappropriate jokes, communicating condescendingly, it surprised me) we came to order an Abkhazian set. interestingly, there is nothing on the menu except a photo of the set, no description of the dishes, nothing, just a photo. what was brought to us did not match the photo from the menu - there were clearly fewer dishes (such as dishes for 3-4) served differently from the picture (in the wrong quantity and with the wrong ingredients) yes, we were out of season, and maybe there really are no products in winter, but then it's probably worth warning about it, no? and why is the price the same then? It's not very clear.
and most importantly, almost everything was completely tasteless! either very dry, or old, or fresh, or on the contrary very salty.
Thyme tea was without thyme, but okay, at least it was delicious.
we are very upset, it was the most expensive and tasteless lunch in Abkhazia. Of all the places we visited, it was much much much tastier everywhere! complete price/quality discrepancy.
