I made an appointment by phone in advance. I arrived at the appointed hour, having spent my time and gasoline, but on the spot it turned out that the tire service was "loaded" and I was refused service. Then why take pre-recordings if you are not able to organize an elementary schedule?

I called to make an appointment - I didn't get through, but they called me back quickly, despite the peak load.
Prices, unlike many competitors, were not raised during the days of hype.
One disk turned out to be deformed, straightened.
I asked about the restoration of disks - they told me everything in detail, and, what is quite important, they explained what works they could not do.
Last but not least, I liked the politeness of the staff. When a person plows physically and at the same time remains a person, it is worthy of respect.
I hope that everything will only get better with this service!

There is not much to complain about in terms of the quality of the work. The staff is friendly. However...
I signed up in advance, a couple of days in advance, for the complex (replacement of 4 wheels) * for the promotion * 50 rubles. I arrived 20 minutes before the appointed time and... I had to stand and wait for my turn... As a result, 40 minutes of waiting time was spent and + the time of the replacement itself. I still did not understand the meaning of recording for a certain time. The payment was 50 rubles, as it was for the promotion, but something else surprised me. According to the price list, the 4-wheel replacement complex cost 46! rubles'. Perhaps movers are not included in this price... But anyway, the sediment from the visit remained!

It was my first time here. I signed up beforehand when the snow had already covered the whole city. I arrived at the appointed time, and for another half hour we performed work on the previous machines (Which is not critical for me, I understand what a sudden load is).
