A cool hotel with cozy rooms and a good location. I also had a rather large atmospheric balcony in my room. There is a shop right in the hotel building, and there are good cafes nearby in the area. And Old Tbilisi is not far away on foot. I enjoyed it

We just really love this hotel and Georgia with wonderful people.
We visited the hotel for the first time in 2018, after that we were twice more, always a warm welcome, people do everything to make you feel comfortable, and you just don't notice any minor inconveniences.
George is a kind and friendly guy, he will drop all his business if the guest needs help.
Now he is just bringing the hotel to mind, changing the facade, lighting outside and inside, this is important, fresh repairs are always pleasant✌🏻
We will definitely come back again!

A cozy hotel at an attractive price. There is a kitchen, washing machine, iron. Everything is available. Good internet connection. Great location. Located within walking distance from Avlabari metro station

Excellent hotel in the old town, 7 minutes to the historical center.
The room is clean, comfortable mattress, fresh bed linen.
There is everything you need, smart TV, mini kitchen.
There is a shop on the ground floor.

The center is quite close, old Tbilisi is a 15-20 minute slow walk away
