It's a terrible place. Not in terms of food. Here, although it is not quite Georgian, it is generally quite edible. But here's the service... I can't even call it a service. But let's take it in order. We haven't been to this place before, but one of our friends said that the restaurant is new and should be good. We booked a table for Mom's anniversary. We wanted to make a real feast for her. All conditions were agreed in advance, including the order of submission. Cold Zauski were supposed to be served by 17.00 for the arrival of the guests. But they only started to take them out at 17.20, and one plate at a time and slowly. The ordered bottle of wine was simply brought and slammed closed on the table. And we were about to leave, but then we protested that we should open it ourselves? The fact that it also needs to be poured into glasses does not seem to have been heard here. Then there's a huge pause before serving hot dishes. The guests looked at each other in disbelief, we were nervous. Requests to speed up the process had no effect. Dirty dishes were removed from the table only after several reminders throughout the evening. As a result, I had to get up myself and just transfer all the dirty dishes to the next table. From time to time, I just had to look for a waiter in the establishment, although the hall was practically empty. At the end of the evening, they asked to serve tea and take out a cake with congratulations. Tea was brought. And they disappeared. About 30 minutes passed, the tea got cold, and the guests went home. I went and asked him to speed up somehow. I was told that the waiter was getting ready. It is unclear what the preparation consisted of, because they did not even deign to light the candles, but lit them right in front of the table. They muttered something indistinctly. Mom blew out the candles and they took the cake away to cut. Apparently, they also cut using some extremely complex technologies. Another 30 minutes passed, and several more requests to hurry up. As a result, the cake was not cut, but it looked like a cake chopped with an axe. We ate without tea. Not only that, they didn't say during the calculation that mom had paid the deposit and modestly kept silent about it in the bill. When they were reminded of this, they demanded a check. I had to pick him up the next day to get my money back. Summing up the above, I will say that the anniversary was ruined, the guests were unpleasantly surprised, and my mother was upset. I even had to calm him down. I highly recommend this place if you don't want your evening to be ruined.
Hello.
I want to share my impressions of a visit to your restaurant on May 9th.
We are guests in your country, and the day in your Restaurant started beautifully. At 11:00 we stopped by to book a table for the evening and decided to have a snack. Special thanks to our morning waiter, a wonderful guy who treated us to a cup of kharcho. It was warm, delicious, and soulful. Thanks! You made our day)))
We returned in the evening and the dinner was great. The sea bass is beyond praise, the waitress is polite and attentive. It would seem to be the perfect end to the day.
But, unfortunately, the whole impression was ruined by the manager.
When I politely asked to call us a taxi, I received a harsh and completely tactless response.: "We're not calling." To the clarification — "For what reason?" — the answer was: "The decision of the leadership."
Dear management, I understand that calling a taxi may not be part of the staff's responsibilities. But flexibility, courtesy and humanity are the most important qualities in the service sector.
And in the evening, to be honest, the manager looked like she just wanted all the guests to leave as soon as possible. Maybe she should work less, she was friendlier in the morning)))
We were recommended this restaurant as the best in Tiraspol.
In terms of food, everything turned out to be plus/minus delicious.
In terms of service, this is not the level of a restaurant at all, but the level of a cafe. I'm explaining.
They asked to make congratulations on the other, and the birthday girl was asked for a passport and another photo was taken — that's such a surprise in quotes. This is the first time I've seen this.
The waiter was running around it is not clear where and did not keep an eye on our table. We had a lot of dirty dishes.
The cherry on the cake was the fact that we were charged 1 ruble each for the container in which the food was packed, which we did not finish — I do not remember such pettiness from anyone at all.
The waiter, when he picked up the bill, did not ask us if we liked everything, he just took the bill and ran away.
I would not recommend visiting this institution.
