A small, cozy, friendly cafe with restaurant prices.The location is convenient for tourists, the center of the new city.It's easy to find.Khinkali is very tasty, the dough is thin, juicy, and always hot.With cheese, tomatoes are not always enough to fill, everything tastes good in kharcho soup, but the meat is finely chopped and there is very little of it, in real kharcho meat is the base.Salad portions are not clear what they depend on.The price is the same, but if you come alone, the portion decreases noticeably, and the ingredients are also not consistently the same.Although there are no comments on the taste- fresh.Waiters are not averse to talking about their lives and problems, sometimes it is annoying.A couple of shortbread nuts or tea waffles can be served as a compliment.A solid four.

One of my favorite restaurants!
The Gruzinka restaurant has long held a special place among the establishments where you want to return again and again. Meals are always served quickly, the staff is attentive and sincerely cares about each guest. Everything we've tried is very tasty and homely.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the head of the Dealer's staff — her politeness, sensitivity and sincere attitude to each client deserve high praise. I also want to thank all the waiters and staff of the restaurant — you are really responsible, well-coordinated and attentive.
A pleasant surprise was a delicious dessert that was once served to us as a compliment from the establishment — this only reinforced our good impression. Thank you for being here! 💛

This is not the first time we have been to this cozy cafe. The staff is very polite and helpful to the visitors. The food is incredibly delicious. I especially liked the hot eggplant salad, I have never eaten anything so delicious. Khachapuri and many other dishes were incredibly delicious. We order at home and bring everything in hot form, without even having time to cool down. Thank you very much to the cafe , "Gruzinka" and prosperity to you. 😘😘😘

The guys do their job honestly: they escort them to a table, ask about coats, clarify tastes when ordering from the menu, pull up chairs and tables, take pictures at the best moments, add wine and tea on time.
Special thanks to the size of a house for the music and friendly communication.
And they also gave us dessert, I don't even know, just like that. Thank you ❤
I definitely recommend visiting for lunch or dinner.

Above all praise, we tried the kharcho - it's just gorgeous! Georgian salad with utsho suneli and nuts, just like in Georgia! Khinkali is simply cosmic, and I also recommend Adjarian khachapuri with tomatoes and pesto, it's incredibly delicious! I also noticed that they don't skimp on the maintenance of the establishment, everything is clean, neat, beautiful, and it smells very nice! 10 out of 10!

I love Georgian cuisine, and it was delicious here - khachapuri and khinkali (I tried it with beef, cheese and tomato).
The service is attentive, caring, but not intrusive.

IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW, 100% YOU NEED TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.
Khinkali - well, it's just beautiful🤍 (we ate with beef). The dough is smooth, shiny, does not stick to the fingers, the correct thickness. There is enough broth for every bite, minced meat - the golden mean, pepper, herbs - everything is in place (but you can have a little more cilantro - it's my taste personally, I just love cilantro)
Khachapuri in Megrelian. A separate love. The dough is soft - nothing superfluous . The cheese is delicious. If you have tried only hype khachapuri in Adjarian style, I advise you to try a Megrelian work of art, I promise you will not regret it. The waiter girl also advised me to add some honey, which was quite unusual in the best sense of the word.
The third course (it was brought to us first) was Caesar salad, a breath of fresh air in Samarkand. I won't praise it too much, I'll just say that it was delicious and fresh. My stomach probably thought it was going to be shish kebab or samsa, but it wasn't there.😂
In general, I bow to the Georgian team for the food, atmosphere, attentiveness and hospitality.
What was especially surprising (besides honey with khachapuri) was that they brought us toothpicks after we finished our meal.
