A small, cozy, friendly cafe with restaurant prices. The location is convenient for tourists, the center of the new city. It's easy to find.Khinkali is very tasty, the dough is thin, juicy, and always hot. With cheese, tomatoes are not always enough to fill, everything tastes good in kharcho soup, but the meat is finely chopped and there is very little of it, in real kharcho meat is the base.Salad portions are not clear what they depend on.The price is the same, but if you come alone, the portion decreases noticeably, and the ingredients are also not consistently the same.Although there are no comments on the taste- fresh.Waiters are not averse to talking about their lives and problems, sometimes it is annoying.A couple of shortbread nuts or tea waffles can be served as a compliment.A solid four.
One of my favorite restaurants!
The Gruzinka restaurant has long held a special place among the establishments where you want to return again and again. Meals are always served quickly, the staff is attentive and sincerely cares about each guest. Everything we've tried is very tasty and homely.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the head of the Dealer's staff — her politeness, sensitivity and sincere attitude to each client deserve high praise. I also want to thank all the waiters and staff of the restaurant — you are really responsible, well-coordinated and attentive.
A pleasant surprise was a delicious dessert that was once served to us as a compliment from the establishment — this only reinforced our good impression. Thank you for being here! 💛
This is not the first time we have been to this cozy cafe. The staff is very polite and helpful to the visitors. The food is incredibly delicious. I especially liked the hot eggplant salad, I have never eaten anything so delicious. Khachapuri and many other dishes were incredibly delicious. We order at home and bring everything in hot form, without even having time to cool down. Thank you very much to the cafe , "Gruzinka" and prosperity to you. 😘😘😘
The restaurant is wonderful:
- stylish design
- adequate prices
- very tasty cuisine
- very very very friendly service
The guys do their job honestly: they escort them to a table, ask about coats, clarify tastes when ordering from the menu, pull up chairs and tables, take pictures at the best moments, add wine and tea on time.
Special thanks to the size of a house for the music and friendly communication.
And they also gave us dessert, I don't even know, just like that. Thank you ❤
I definitely recommend visiting for lunch or dinner.
The perfect place (according to my family).
Above all praise, we tried the kharcho - it's just gorgeous! Georgian salad with utsho suneli and nuts, just like in Georgia! Khinkali is simply cosmic, and I also recommend Adjarian khachapuri with tomatoes and pesto, it's incredibly delicious! I also noticed that they don't skimp on the maintenance of the establishment, everything is clean, neat, beautiful, and it smells very nice! 10 out of 10!
I love Georgian cuisine, and it was delicious here - khachapuri and khinkali (I tried it with beef, cheese and tomato).
The service is attentive, caring, but not intrusive.
I hope there will be coffee soon too)
I am glad that when I come to Samarkand, I now know exactly where to eat Georgian cuisine.
It's a very cozy place with a good atmosphere, the cuisine is incredibly delicious, as if we were in Georgia, everything is great. We will definitely come to Samarkand again and visit this wonderful place.
IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW, 100% YOU NEED TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.
Khinkali - well, it's just beautiful🤍 (we ate with beef). The dough is smooth, shiny, does not stick to the fingers, the correct thickness. There is enough broth for every bite, minced meat - the golden mean, pepper, herbs - everything is in place (but you can have a little more cilantro - it's my taste personally, I just love cilantro)
Khachapuri in Megrelian. A separate love. The dough is soft - nothing superfluous . The cheese is delicious. If you have tried only hype khachapuri in Adjarian style, I advise you to try a Megrelian work of art, I promise you will not regret it. The waiter girl also advised me to add some honey, which was quite unusual in the best sense of the word.
The third course (it was brought to us first) was Caesar salad, a breath of fresh air in Samarkand. I won't praise it too much, I'll just say that it was delicious and fresh. My stomach probably thought it was going to be shish kebab or samsa, but it wasn't there.😂
In general, I bow to the Georgian team for the food, atmosphere, attentiveness and hospitality.
What was especially surprising (besides honey with khachapuri) was that they brought us toothpicks after we finished our meal.
THANK you 🙏
It's a very cozy place. All the tops, khachapuri, khinkali and caesar are very tasty, the cheese is of high quality in the dishes and there is a lot of it. The service is good, there are no complaints, I advise everyone. The only place in Samarkand where they came for the second time in two days
I really liked everything! And the atmosphere, and the service, and of course- yes The impression remains that the food here is better than in most establishments in Georgia) It's so delicious! I never thought that even khinkali dough could be so perfect and delicious.
Nice cozy restaurant. The location is convenient and located in the city center.
The interior of the restaurant is very harmonious, in Georgian style.
The restaurant's cuisine is in the national Georgian traditions. Everything is clean and tidy and delicious, the helpful staff will help and tell you all the points.
The place is ideal for meetings with friends, with family, as well as with a significant other.
It's a very cozy place with a great cuisine, everything is delicious at home! You can safely take any dish, we have tried almost all the menus, everything is incredibly delicious.
Atmospheric, helpful staff, delicious salads, especially liked the Marl khachapuri. There was a compliment from the restaurant, but I didn't really like it.:purchased pastries
Very tasty khinkali with very proper dough and very cheesy khachapuri. The restaurant is small and cozy. There is no extra charge for service, you leave tips from the bottom of your heart, and not under duress, because they do everything very well. My impressions are very positive, Khinkali is like in Georgia.
I tried khinkali for the first time, an interesting dish. Juicy and delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant. I liked the soups too. The tables are a little small, but, in principle, it is quite possible to fit. The prices are average: not cheap, but not expensive either. I'll go again
An insanely atmospheric place with amazing cuisine and courteous staff. If you want to enjoy a wonderful serving and the most delicious food, then definitely Georgian. A separate delight for dolme and khinkali
It's a beautiful place, something new in our city. I fell in love with Adjarian khachapuri with pesto sauce, and eggplant salad. However, I take off 1 star for the incompetence of the waiter. I think you can tell me who it is. I go there often. However, when there is this waiter, the mood changes
One of the best places in Samarkand for connoisseurs of Georgian cuisine.
Delicious (I advise you to try khinkali and, oddly enough, but classic Caesar). Thanks to the boss!
Polite and professional service - thanks to the staff of the whole institution!
Cozy, aesthetically beautiful and soulful.
Super place! Everything is incredibly delicious, pleasant service, pleasant people!
I paid the bill, and when they found out it was my birthday, they recalculated it at a discount.
Khinkali is just excellent, polite staff, in general, a place where you can go to eat delicious food and sit in a place with a good atmosphere. I wish there were more places like this in Samarkand 😍🙏🏼
It was the first time I encountered such a situation in my hometown — we were refused a table of our choice, explaining that the two of us could not sit at a table for four. It was unpleasant and unexpected
The place is simply brilliant in its mood, atmosphere and, of course, cuisine! As a person who loves Georgia with all my heart, I can say one thing - the guys brought a little bit of real Georgian hospitality to Samarkand!
Thank you for the delicious khachapuri, attentive service and great mood!!!

Good prices and atmosphere, delicious.
There is a lot of cheese in khachapuri, for which special thanks.
At first, the waiter refused to put her at a table by the window, arguing that it was reserved, although the same tables were not near the window and there was no reserve mark on the selected one - as a result, the cashier said that it was possible to put it... It's very strange.

Great place
They cook very well.
Cozy atmosphere
The hall and bathroom are clean
Beautiful interior
One disadvantage is the waiter, who is very unpleasant.
It 's a very atmospheric place . The service is very excellent. You feel like you are in Georgia. Georgian friendliness is present in the establishment. You feel like in Georgia!!!!
A cozy cafe with Georgian cuisine, the service and the atmosphere are great. Very juicy khinkali, salads are also delicious, but the portions are quite small. It's cool that my favorite watermelon juice is on the menu.
We were passing by with my wife and decided to have dinner. I liked absolutely everything! A paradox! Khinkali tastes better than in Tbilisi! In general, 5 stars are well deserved.
