Cool coworking space. Everything you need for work. In the lobby on the ground floor there is a coffee shop GAO COFEE&TEA With good coffee, drinks and homemade cakes.

It was a good business center, which surprised me. There were even pads in the women's bathroom, just in case. I am delighted with the organizers.
