We read a lot of positive reviews and decided to go to a full complex with washing for the cat, and washing was the most important thing for us, and combing itself is not so important (because at home I can comb it myself in 5 minutes, and wash it for a long time and wet). As a result, it turned out that there are not professionals working here who are afraid of cats, do not know how to keep them or handle animals at all, they also do not have gloves or anything at all, they said we would not wash him, we are afraid for our health, allegedly the cat "breaks out" and said this at the end of grooming after the fact! They probably don't know that this is not a toy, but a living being that will not stand at attention, and that's why they go to the pros, and they still have to look for such a kind cat, what they did to it is not clear. In the end, I was just shocked, because there are no such problems in other grooming services and I often wash it myself, as a result, wasted time and unnecessary stress for the cat, and the cost was almost full! If with washing 105p, without washing 85p. No, to call right away and I would have picked him up, no, they tortured him there and tried to scratch his greasy, dirty fur, without washing, in order to get almost the entire amount, when my consent to such grooming was not even asked and I would not have given it. I keep silent that after washing it, it needs to be scratched in the 2nd stage. As a result, I will wash it myself and comb it myself, as soon as I came home, the wool just falls off in rags, that's the quality of combing that I still don't understand. Moreover, they did not even apologize and continued to defend their rightness, tin, about discounts, etc. for this misunderstanding, I am generally silent. They also wanted me to sedate the cat, also a recommendation after the fact, what questions and recommendations were there before the hike? No. Oh yes, I also remembered, at first they said that we didn't have time to wash it (it took 40-50 minutes out of 1.5 hours)😂
